The absolute best experience ever. They had everything we needed. We were stuck on the side of the road and needed something only they would have. Misty came through for us and was amazing, She had the exact tang washer we needed. We were back on the road in no time.

Best customer service you could ask for! Misty & Shane do an outstanding job with narrowing down the right parts. We will continue to use them for all of our trailer needs.

Misty in sales and Jose the technician are top notch from start to finish! After shopping 2 other dealers the same day there is evidence Big Tex are simply built better, robust hardware and hinges, and have a dealer network available to service you down the road. Save yourself the headache and research, I did it already, buy a Big Tex from Misty. I purchased a small trailer from Big Tex Raleigh and they treated me with as much respect and attention as they do the biggest most expensive trailer buyers. Fair, straightforward, no stress, no fluff, just quality people and great communications. Choosing a trailer was easy, their lot has a ton of choices, and you can tell Misty and Jose know trailers better than anyone. Highly recommended Big Tex Raleigh go see Misty if you’re serious about a quality trailer. Thank you Misty and Jose!
