Absolute incompetence. Extremely disappointing experience. We asked them to test the battery, but an employee got a nut stuck in a socket, and it took approximately 30 minutes to get it unstuck. After all that, we were told they didn’t “mess with” this type of battery because it was located in the back of the car. We should have been told this from the beginning so we could have taken the car somewhere else instead of wasting our time. The lack of communication, unnecessarily long wait, and apparent lack of concern for our time made this a very frustrating experience. If they can’t service a particular type of battery, they should communicate that upfront.

My Wife and I were traveling to vist our Daughter , we were 2 hrs from home and our wipers messed got crossed up and lost one, it was raining hard but a young lady came out helped us and got new wiperblades but something wasn't right so they sent us the road to a Garage. Thank you Young lady so much. You were very nice and tried so hard to helps. Sorry you got soaked

I had been driving around with no A/C for most of the summer, and I finally decided I couldn’t take it anymore. I stopped at this AutoZone, and Tyvon P. came to the rescue! He quickly assessed what I needed, helped me identify the correct product, and assisted me with getting the Freon added. At the same time, he was helping another customer parked beside me with an installation. He handled everything seamlessly. Tyvon is knowledgeable, skilled, patient, respectful, and genuinely kind. His ability to multitask while still giving each customer excellent service really stood out to me. Before meeting Tyvon, I honestly felt that customer service had become very transactional, with people being helpful only when they expected a tip or some type of extra compensation. Tyvon reminded me that there are still people who take pride in helping others simply because it’s the right thing to do. I am so relieved to finally have an A/C that is freezing cold again! 🙏🏽❄️ Thank you, Tyvon, for going above and beyond. AutoZone is fortunate to have you!
