    Had a great experience here. Went to get a new battery for my car. My cashier (wish I remembered his name, but his last name started with a “W”) was very helpful and courteous. Another employee named Caidon, put in the new battery for me and was very helpful and very kind.

    came here 9:30 at night on a sunday because my headlights JUST went out on my 2005 suburban, I was helped by Marvin G. who not only found the part i needed immediately but helped me install them quickly and efficiently. i could not have been more satisfied with my visit. 5 Stars everyday thanks to Marvin!

    Bought a starter from them didn’t fix the issue had the car looked at at Fred Anderson Nissan they condemned the starter to be bad. The store manager refused to take the starter back cause his “test” said it was fine. I’m sure dealerships have more accurate equipment and testing procedures dude was flat out unprofessional off the start and rude. He asked where the box was like I had the box after returning the core in the box. Had the receipt in my pocket for where I purchased it. He said if it’s bad I’ll refund you if not your keeping it. He came back handed it to me and said nothing I can do for you. After showing him where they confirmed the starter was bad at the dealership. He looked at me again and said “nothing I can do for you”

    I am eternally greatful and would give 20 stars if it was possible. ORLANDO DE JESUS was amazing and went out of his way to help me and saved me. He took the time to fix a small issue and I can't thank him enough!!

    Chris F saved me! My battery died and after spending 2 hrs trying to get it out (after trying to jump it) I called tow truck who was able to jump car. Took to Auto Zone and Chris F fought the good fight with this horribly designed engine, having to remove air filter and more, and not only won but did so with an amazing positive attitude. He acted like it was no imposition at all when it soooo was. Oh and did I mention it started raining?! So grateful for Chris.
