  This place is absolutely phenomenal! They recently replaced my windshield, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. They truly go above and beyond with quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. I first visited them when they were located in Apex and gladly followed them to their new location in Garner , they are definitely worth the drive. Honest, professional, and reputable from start to finish. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers the way they do. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality work!

  Had a window repair done after a smash-and-grab incident at the Holiday Inn Express in Durham because I left a bag of Walmart returns visible in the vehicle....presumably. Apex Auto Glass handled the repair professionally and the work itself was completed well. The replacement looks solid and everything taken care of efficiently ahead of today's rain. Andres and team - very nice to work with. Would use them again if needed.

  Highly recommend! Professional, great customer service, and quality work. I needed a windshield replacement and reached out to Apex through their website for a quote. Andres called me hours later and I was able to get scheduled for the next morning. He got right to work and I was in and out within a couple hours. They were friendly and welcoming throughout the whole experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future!

  They were able to work with a vendor to source my vehicles window glass same day and install. The work was professional, efficient and everyone I interacted with from scheduling to install (Andres) were incredibly kind. I was having an awful day after my truck was broken into and my other vehicle had a flat tire. They truly went above and beyond! I'm so grateful for their help and turned a shitty day into a better one. Thank you so much!
