  Kyle provided excellent tire service and was very professional, honest, and helpful throughout the process. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and got everything taken care of efficiently. Really appreciated the great customer service and smooth experience. Highly recommend Kyle for anyone needing tire service!

  By far the best location I’ve been to. Ian helped me figure out what I needed done and was super quick with everything. His customer service skills were phenomenal and made an experience like this which usually isn’t the highlight of anyone’s day… actually enjoyable. Definitely use these guys for anything you need and. 👍

  Most worst experience I had woth Mavis today. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at the Fuquay-Varina Mavis Tires & Brakes location. I booked a tire installation appointment online two days in advance and also paid the required deposit. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and I arrived before the appointment time and handed over my vehicle. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes, the service advisor informed me that my tires were still on the way and would not arrive until around 1:30 PM. Since I needed to pick up my son by 2:30 PM and had driven from Raleigh for this appointment, this caused a major inconvenience. I requested my car back and asked for a refund of the deposit. However, I was told that if I returned by 4:00 PM, the tires would be installed. I came back again at 4:00 PM and handed over my car once more. After another 30-minute wait, I was informed that they could install only one tire. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Despite scheduling the appointment in advance and paying a deposit, the tires were not available, and my time was completely wasted with multiple unnecessary trips and long waits. - I am not sure why the appointment was accepted without tire availability confirmation -they should have Better communication and customer service going forward

  Scheduled and “appointment” for an oil change using Mavis’s own website. I showed up 15 minutes early, was told up front it won’t be too long. I stayed to wait on it. 1 hour goes by and my vehicle never moved. What’s the point of coming in for an appointment if you will be there all day? Employees looked sloppy and careless. Slow, lethargic looking and disinterested. After an hour plus I said forget it this is a waste of time. I ended up buying my own oil and had it done in 15 minutes. I’ll spare them the work by never going back again.

  Great experience through and through. As I am writing this review, Ian the owner of the company is having a conversation with me and it’s past their closing time on a Wednesday and no one said a word about having to stay late to help me out with my tires. A few days back I got 2 flat tires but my schedule is a little busy right now so instead of fixing the tires immediately I have been coming here every morning to get free air and be on my way. One of those mornings, Ian approached to have an initial conversation with me and he is a very pleasant business owner and person. I knew right away I was coming back here to fix my tires because it’s in my nature to support small business owners who aren’t pushy but genuinely great people. Today I finally found a time to fix my tires but I could only show up just before they were closing for the day. And like I mentioned above they didn’t turn me down but welcomed me to and are working on my tires this very moment. Can’t recommend them more. Thanks, Ian.
