Went to Grease Monkey on a whim and was extreme ly happy with the service. Madison greeted me with a smile. Went to the waiting area thinking I’ll be there an hour. Not the case. Fifteen minutes later I’m ready to go. How about that? An express lube that’s actually express. To top it all they had a great deal where I got wiper blades, oil filter, and fluid top off. What a great deal. Highly highly recommend this place. I’ll be back with all my cars.

I had a minor complaint from a previous service. Shaw and Van, although not having anything to do with the previous work, addressed the issue promptly and professionally. It is very refreshing to deal with people who care about customers, care about the quality of their work and care about doing the right thing. Thanks Gentlemen!

First visit, and I would come back! I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name that took care of me because he does a great job. He was personable, welcoming, and not pushy but did the extra sell he is supposed to. My air cabin filter was admittedly bad, however the engine one was not and he didn’t try to sell something I didn’t need.

I had a great experience at Grease Monkey, and I would especially like to recognize Nijel for his outstanding customer service and professionalism! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s refreshing to come across a technician who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and making sure customers feel comfortable and confident in the service they receive. Nijel truly goes above and beyond, and his dedication to his job reflects positively on the entire Grease Monkey team. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional vehicle service. If you visit Grease Monkey, ask for Nijel! You won’t regret it. He deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides, and I will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

These people stole my 16 year old daughters money. She went for her first oil change and they charged her over $100 for an oil change. She only had $200 in her account. They did not provide a receipt because they had no paper for the printer. When I asked why it was so expensive they claimed they only had synthetic for her car. A honda accord the most common car on the road and that's your answer. I tried fighting it with them but they refused to give her any money back. They were also slow and rude. Valvoline has been a much better experience since then. They were great with my car and my wifes car. Try them instead.
