  Nijel and his manager did an awesome job taking good care of my car and changing my oil. He gave wise advice to keep it well maintained and I look forward to being a long term customer.

  0/10 will not go back. Went there on a Saturday morning, they weren't busy and all I needed was an inspection. My car sat there for over an hour, most of that time in the inspection bay. I watched at least 4 other people show up, get oil changes and other services and leave. When I ask for an update I got told "there is a wait on inspections." I asked for my keys and left. By this time, there were 4 other cars lined up behind mine and out of the 3 other bays, only 1 had a car in it. They obviously will just leave inspections until they have nothing else to do.

  Only come here if you want to get scammed and uncharged. I asked for the high mileage oil for my oil change and they gave me the most generic one. They also told me I needed to wiper blades which form reading the reviews is a common SCAM they do on lots of customers. I only said yes to the wiper blades because I was getting an inspection and didn’t want to fail it and have to pay for yet another bother inspection. They charged me for premium wiper blades which were $40 a piece. I was also treated like I was stupid the entire experience. I will NEVER give this place my business ever again some serious action needs to be taken on them for the consistent issue of up charging and scamming people. I will be reaching out to the customer service number

  I am going to give this a generous rating simply because they didn’t make me pay for their issue, and I have had fine experiences in the past at this specific location. Otherwise, I would have given 2 stars. I generally try to be very reasonable when it comes to these. I was going to be charged $96 for a basic full service oil change for my 2007 Toyota Matrix because of a $25 oil cleaner I did not ask for. Well, technically I did ask for it because I said “same oil change as last time” and therefore, the system that is used automatically syncs into the list of tasks the employees are asked to do. What was not communicated to me, however, was that the “last time” was February 2026 when I was charged here for services in addition to just the full service oil change that I did not ask for nor verbally consented to when asked, not May 2026 when I went to do a full service oil change at another Greasy Monkey location where I was charged just for the full service oil change itself, which is what should’ve happened here in the first place, but ended up happening, which is good, hence the 3-star rating and not the 2-star rating. As feedback, it would have been a lot easier for me to communicate what happened to the employees if I was just able to have a website login to view all my past purchases and receipts to show them what happened. The girl who ultimately took the $25 oil cleaner off had a frustrated attitude toward me while I tried to be as nice as possible since I knew it was not her fault. But I don’t fault her at all for that attitude because of this system miscommunication.

  Awesome place- all in one! We bring all of our vehicles here when there are a lot of other options some more convenient but grease Monkey is in our opinion the best. Plenty of people working, never have to wait long. Upfront pricing, no surprises. This location has a young woman , Jersey, who works here who is a true professional. She knows what she's doing and she knows how to deliver great customer service. I came here today to get my daughter's car's oil changed. I left with fresh oil, clean filters, a cleaner engine due to the engine cleaner I had added, new wiper blades, tire rotation as well as state inspection! I came in for the oil change. Thankfully Jersey was able to accommodate all of my daughter's needs plus offer some suggestions that I took her up on for some other services that the car could benefit from receiving. This woman deserves a raise in my opinion, she's a real gem, knows her stuff and is a skilled worker as well as manager. I was very impressed by the fabulous customer service I received today I have not seen that in quite a while unfortunately and it was very refreshing I hope they keep her for a long long time
