  Reserved a truck well in advance and received a call only three hours before pickup saying they did not have one available. I was offered a car instead, but I specifically reserved a truck because that was what I needed. I asked if they could check nearby locations for availability and was told they could not see inventory at other locations. With so little notice, this left me scrambling to make other arrangements. I understand inventory issues can happen, but the lack of solutions, urgency, and customer service was extremely disappointing. The response was essentially just “sorry,” with no real effort to help resolve the situation. Based on this experience, I cannot say they delivered the level of customer service they claim to provide. Mark

  Horrible I mean absolutely horrible customer service, I reserved a vehicle a month in advance and I was waiting in the parking lot 10 mins before they open and they want to call me and tell me car won’t be ready till late afternoon! I will never attempt to rent a vehicle with this company again, I was told a manager would call me and that never happened as well.

  I gave the Enterprise location in Fuquay-Varina a second chance after a terrible experience 4 weeks ago, and somehow they managed to be even worse. The first time, I had to wait THREE HOURS for my rental because the car was supposedly getting an oil change, but apparently only the manager with “magic hands” could approve it — and of course he was nowhere to be found. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor by saying they would “pay for the oil change.” I stayed calm and understanding even though they completely delayed my road trip. Fast forward to today: I had another reservation with them and got stuck at work. I knew I was going to be about two minutes late past their 6 PM closing time, so I tried calling multiple times to let them know. No answer, of course. I arrived at 6:02 PM. The employees were ALL still inside, saw me standing there, made eye contact with me, and instead of helping, they pointed at the “closed” sign and ignored me while locking up. The human thing to do would’ve been to help someone who was literally two minutes late — especially considering they previously made me wait three hours without apology. This location desperately needs new management and employees who understand basic customer service and common decency. Completely unprofessional experience both times.

  After my car unexpectedly died, I decided I needed a rental car for a few days to get around. Was very pleased to find an Enterprise office right in Fuquay, since I had used that company in other states before. Consistent with my previous experiences, the Fuquay store certainly met and exceeded my expectations. I was waited on and processed in a timely manner, the associates I interacted with were friendly and professional, my car was clean and in good condition, and the Toyota Corolla rental car was comfortable to drive. I would certainly use their services again if I need a rental car.

  The car tried to kill me and others by slamming on the breaks automatically for no reason. They also tried to scam me out of my deposit by claiming I owed 7 gallons when I dropped off the car topped off and filled up the car 0.3 miles away from the drop off location, good thing I had proof and receipts or they would have charged me nearly $100 for the gas. This company sucks.
