  I called two days early and confirmed there would be a truck ready for me as my family and I are moving and needed a truck bed, they didnt have one available when I showed up at my scheduled pick up time at 11am They then offered me a Hyundai Kona for the exact same rate as the truck, which is not an acceptable replacement or rate After some time they mentioned they may have another truck coming in this afternoon, and would call me if it came in. Though, if I need one sooner I could call around and ask if other locations had one instead. Once they got the truck in they told me they wouldn't be able to hold it for me for two hours until I could show up this afternoon after a scheduled appointment even though I already wasted my time there once this morning.

  Our car was not there upon arrival. The reservation was booked months in advance so it was disappointing. We made the vehicle we got work as it was just for a day trip. However, I would have been much more upset if this was for a longer trip.

  I was very disappointed with Enterprise this time. I booked an economy car and I was given a full size car. Got to North Carolina and the car had a flat AAA came and changed the flag with a donut I was told to go to Cary North Carolina to get another car in order to make it back to Georgia. I got to Cary North Carolina and they didn't have any cars. I had to drive to Raleigh-Durham to the airport to get a car. When I left North Carolina that Sunday the car I got at the airport started acting up. Lights for coming on saying this needed to be serviced that needed to be serviced. I just had to pray that I would make it back to turn the car in. Not a good experience at all!

  Do Not Recommend, this was the worst branch I have ever dealt with. I have had a reservation for over a week to start with, get there they don’t have the vehicle that I’m supposed to even be getting. The customer server was terrible to say the least, and lastly they tried to put fee on me that was never discussed at all. PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH.

  Quit coming here due to the filth and disrespect of the employees and the issues of the car that was full of roaches. The car broke down leaving me and my children in a parking lot. Got to the nearest location and was given a small compact car that wouldn’t fit my family. To go to another location and then give me a car with issues. Fast forward six months and try to give them the benefit of the doubt. They cleaned up the office but was given a car that reeked of smoke and shook bad when on the highway. Explained that when returned and moved on. Called to verify a rental with Grace three days ago and she assured me I would have a car by Saturday morning. I made the reservation to pick it up the night before just in case. And get a call the day before I pick up saying we don’t have a car for you. But we have you in a car for Monday. ??????? You don’t get to pick the date I need the car! I told you when I had to have it. You told me to make the reservation and would have me a car no matter what by the morning of only to call me and say sorry, but you’re good to pick up next week? This place is a joke and I’m tired of giving chances. My entire family is coming for a wedding and renting cars. We will NOT be renting from enterprise ever again. This was the last straw. Btw before you get a law suit on a faulty car. Fix them.
