  Great customer service especially given they are understaffed. They quickly handled my insurance claim for a rental while my car was in the shop. My only issue was with it being difficult to get someone on the phone. But, that's due to being understaffed.

  I rented from this location 3 times, and every time I got a different vehicle than what I reserved. Once I booked a minivan and got a passenger van. Since the seats did not fold, we had to lift the carry-on bags over the seats from the side door to get them to the back. Recently, I booked an SUV and got a Jeep Wrangler. It was noisy and uncomfortable for a 7-hour drive. Next time, I will probably rent from RDU.

  Everyone, be careful! If you have self-respect dont deal with any Enterprise Car Rental in Cary. They have a staff with very high attitude towards customers. They kept me waiting you more than 30 minutes despite of a formal set appointment. When I asked them how long more I need to wait, the employee shouted at me saying we will not provide you with any car, leave! And, when I filed a complaint against the employee, the Area Manager instructed all Enterprise offices not to provide me a car. Its a shame for Enterprise Car Rental company to hire employees like those and especially an Area Manager like him!

  I had one of the worst experiences ever with this rental car company that Enterprise at the Fuquay-Varina location. I normally don't prefer to make bad reviews, but I absolutely want to share. I used their service through a claim with State Farm insurance, while my car was being repaired for a month. They gave me a car that had serious problems to begin with. I had tried to trade tge vehicle for another vehicle on several occasions and there were no other cars available Eben in other locations. Firstly, the car had a tire on the front driver's side that I had to constantly stop and put air in. I finally, had to stop at the closest place before ending up stranded to a shop that had to put a patch on the tire. I paid out of my own pocket for the repair. I called Enterprise and spoke to Mike the assistant manager or manager and her reassured me he would reimburse me for the costs even though it was rented through StatexFarm my money back. The car shook when driving and could smell smoke in it after I noticed driving away after renting the vehicle of which I am allergic to. I complimented and they still didn't have another car anywhere for me anywhere. It was one if the most inconvenient experiences. When I turned in the car, the manager Mike didn't want to give me my money back for the tire that he promised he would. He was rude and walked away from me at the counter. It was the mere principle that he should have kept his word. So, a nice man that happened to be there from another Enterprise location stepped in by the name of Silas who actually cash app me the money himself. What an honorable thing to do. I believe he may have been applying for an opening there that day, but is from the Cary store. I would definitely not recommend this location. After being in an accident of which was not my fault, I had to endure so much inconvenience dealing with a vehicle that should have not been rented to me to start with which was could have caused me to have had an accident which was truly unsafe to drive.
