  Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise, particularly the complete lack of communication and follow-through. I made a reservation in advance for a specific vehicle class and contacted Enterprise three separate times during the week leading up to my pickup to confirm availability and reiterate what I needed. I even spoke with a regional manager who assured me I would receive a call back with an update. That call never came. Despite my repeated attempts to be proactive, Enterprise did not contact me again until immediately before my scheduled pickup, only to inform me that they could not fulfill my reservation. I understand that rental inventory fluctuates and unexpected circumstances arise. However, given several days of advance notice, multiple calls, and direct involvement from regional management, it's difficult to understand why a vehicle couldn't be sourced from a nearby location or why I wasn't informed of the problem sooner. Even after escalating the issue, no workable solution was provided. Instead, I was offered a "deal" on a future rental, which does absolutely nothing to address the disruption to my existing plans. What makes this particularly frustrating isn't just the failure to provide the vehicle class I reserved. It's the repeated failure to communicate, follow through on commitments, and take meaningful action despite having ample opportunity to address the situation. A reservation should provide some reasonable assurance that a vehicle will be available. This experience has left me with very little confidence in Enterprise's ability to honor its reservations or communicate reliably with customers.

  Set up your voicemail, please. Or set up your phone system to hold a phone call. Trying to get through during Busy hours is like pulling teeth.

  Joerail White was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous throughout my experience. He communicated clearly, was responsive to my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish. I really appreciated his attention to detail, patience, and willingness to help. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend working with Joerail.

  This location is absolutely terrible! This is the 2nd time that my reservation was not fulfilled, I reserved a pickup truck last month 3 weeks in advance and on the day of my reservation they called me to inform me that the truck wouldn't be available and that I could get a small SUV instead. I took the SUV because I needed a vehicle that day for an out of state trip. Today again with a reservation made 3 weeks in advance no truck, and offered an SUV. The manager had a very disrespectful attitude about the failure to fulfill my reservation. Just an it is what it is attitude. No apology, no effort to make it right and not even a bad excuse for the repeated failure. Just offering me to take what they have or cancel my reservation entirely. Seriously this was the only option was take it or leave it. Absolutely terrible, and a bad look for this company as a whole.
