  I had a fantastic experience here. I'm usually leery of oil change places after a bad experience years ago, but when I was driving through Franklin from Atlanta and got an "Engine Oil Low" warning, I had no choice but to stop. Theodora was professional and knowledgable. She and the rest of the team had me back on the road in no time.

  Service was nice and friendly and seemed to preform Service correctly. I took my own oil and filter and was charged for full service price, just like I used there oil. But had better experience today at ga rd store than I had at highlands rd store for sure

  The team was extremely nice. I had a shield underneath the car break free- they offered to try & fix it ( and did). First time someone checked the in cabin filter & it needed to be replaced. They didn’t have the right size so they offered to get one while I waited. Just a very nice experience for something that could have been just a simple transaction.

  I always have a great experience at Strickland Bros oil change places. I usually go to the one in Franklin, NC— just got my 2020 Tacoma oil changed there today. Nelson, the Manager on duty, is always very professional, polite and serious. He seemed to be training a couple of new employees and you could see he was making sure they followed all rules, policies and procedures in place. Ever since Strickland Bros took over this location from the old company things have been outstanding. They make suggestion for upgrades but are never pushy about extras which is greatly appreciated. What other place starts out with handing you a water to start the experience? The older gentleman who did that (didn’t ask his name) was super friendly and a joy to speak with (he said he used to be a card dealer at Harrah’s in Cherokee). I’m a loyal customer to any business that has great customer service and Strickland has gained a lifelong customer in me. I always tip these guys cause I know working w/ the public is never easy. Thanks and see ya next time!

  HORRIBLE initial customer service, final price was NOT what was initially told to me, extreme amount of bickering between employee and manager. Excessive amount of oil on top of motor. Highly recommend NOT utilizing the service from this location. Did not check some of the check offs that were listed on the final invoice
