  I needed an oil change desperately. I pulled into Stricklands at 6:50pm, they close at 7. They took me immediately and I was out of there by 7:05pm. Very thankful to them! Great service, super nice employees. Will be back!

  I very rarely leave any reviews. In fact, I am in my late 50’s, make 85+ % of my purchases online and then, of course, all banking, insurance on 2 homes, 4 vehicles etc etc is all done online and I have maybe left 5 reviews ever. I was compelled, however, to leave a review for Strickland Brothers in Franklin because the new manager, Theodora, blew me away. She (yes, a woman manager at Strickland Brothers! ), was aware of me pulling in for service even though every stall was full. The professionalism, confidence, and competence shown by her in the first 2 minutes confused me. I have been to this shop about 5 times because I live close and shop at Ingles. I was never thrilled by the service or knowledge of the crew but it was convenient. I think it was a Jiffy Lube before? This woman new exactly what the issue was with my car, treated me with utmost professionalism, and had her team on my car within minutes. Her team-who btw, are men and older, clearly respect and trust her. One of the first things she said when I remarked about how surprised I was to see a young woman running a shop was to tell me how remarkable her team is. What?? Giving her team credit and respect!? This young woman, Theodora,I can see as an executive at a top company within a few years…possibly longer if she decides to go for an MBA or something. Maybe Strickland Brothers know what they have because they have her as the shop manager in a business in which I have never seen a female as the boss. Like I said, I never write reviews, but this young, totally competent leader, inspired me to. From now on, I will only take all of our cars to her. And, I will most definitely pass her info on to people who are seeking superb, future leaders.

  They did a great job today on my vehicle on ga road. Instead of 5 star they deserve 10 star and they helped me fix my high beam headlight thanks to the girl that helped look in my manual to the truck to find it. And to the guy that replaced the fuse for me the whole team was great today I appreciate y'all alot...

  Nelson and (the other guy) were efficient, thorough, explained everything in detail. I went in for an oil change, and got my inspection done, coolant checked, wiper fluid, turn signals (which will need more work, but was told exactly what get and bring it back). I’ll come back and recommend.

  I never leave a review anywhere but i just wanted to say a girl Theodora, was so amazing. She has such a bright personality and made sure i was in and out! And the crew was amazing as well! They all treated me like they knew me! Theodora was very sweet and made sure i had everything i needed. she made sure i was still good every couple of minutes, she told me everything they were doing and checked everything with me. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Theodora and the rest of the amazing crew!!
