  The customer service in Franklin, North Carolina shop is impeccable, Theandra and Lorris are an absolute pleasure and dynamic team , making everyone feel welcomed. Lorris walked me through the process of an oil change and even showed me my filter and how full my oil was after service ! Thank you for making a woman feel comfortable.

  All of the employees at this location were super friendly super fast super aware of what they were doing very prompt and very courteous I give them a 10 plus plus on a scale of 1 to 10 they're off the chart awesome team members at this location in Franklin on Georgia Road keep up the good work Rick Heaton Sr

  I dropped in at the Georgia Road location in Franklin on the last day of the month with 2 vehicles needing inspections. The staff worked well together managing a busy morning and got my inspections done without any delays. They also took the time to let me see the engine and cabin filters, which were in need of replacement on one of my cars. I interacted with 3 staff members and they were each friendly, respectful, and efficient, exhibiting skill and professionalism in their work during my entire visit. I will definitely return for more help with my vehicles and would recommend them to others. Thanks for a great customer experience, SB!

  My daughter and I stopped by on 8/20/26 for an inspection and I was blown away by how polite and cheerful the young staff were! I hate going to “car places” on my own but this was an out of the ordinary experience so I have to leave a review. I had interactions with 2 young men and a young woman and they were incredible, so often these days the younger people seem miserable to be working so it was great to see these smiling and friendly faces happy to do what was needed. I will definitely be back to this location because of this staff!

  Horrible experience, many oversights, something was possibly left in my car and stuff was broken. This was my second visit to this location, the first time within a month my oil had completely leaked out, I went back and they put more and fixed the issue so no problem there! They fixed the problem. 6 months later I came back because I had been given a free oil change coupon. First the girl says the guy chose the wrong oil for my car so she was gonna put the same one I’ve been getting, great. Second she says the filter in my wiperfluid was inside the fluid, I could hear her having trouble getting the fluid in before hand and going “what the hell”…. She said she could try to put it back in but she’d recommend just throwing it away so I trusted her and said to throw it away, now I know that was not the right choice and it should’ve been put back in. After I leave I hear a loud banging noise, I immediately go back and they inspect the engine and the cap was shaking making noise so no real issue, she shows me it and points to the pegs that hold it in, they are visibly broken and/or ripped off , she says “this must not be able to come off but we had to for the oil change” this is not true it does come off they just broke it. I leave again and going up hill I hear a large crash followed by a metal scraping noise, I pull over and after some time and help from a police officer I go back, going down hill I hear the noise again it sounded like a heavy metal object fell and started scraping something inside. They inspect everything and say nothing was visibly wrong but they added some screws to something, afterwards the sound is magically gone… in my opinion it sounded like a metal tool was inside of the car, I mentioned that to one of them and they said they checked but mentioned “I actually left a tool on a customer’s car once” and at one point “we’re not actually mechanics were only half mechanics. I don’t blame the three people working on the car, they were all young and probably not trained, businesses hire young people and expect them to do everything on their own with no training. The girl had an amazing personality, was great with people, explained the best she could and clearly ran the place, these people are NOT to blame, management is. This business is poorly run at more than this location, my first ever visit to a different one I was yelled at “I’m not doing this car” because I drive an Audi and yes they service Audis. So now I have a broken engine cap, no filter in my wiperfluid and who knows if any damage was done by whatever was making that crashing/scrapping noise and if management cares I have the banging and scrapping after leaving on video due to my dashcam.
