- AAAVG2 days ago5.0Many thanks to Tabitha and her manager for helping us get out of an unfortunate situation. Our rental car was having mechanical issues and after speaking with the roadside assistance people we were directed to go to their location for a vehicle swap. The stuff was very professional and understanding and we got out of there in no time! Thank you for helping us!

I was called a day and a half before my rental to be told they don’t have the vehicle type that I reserved a month ago. When I asked for something the same size, I was told they won’t have that either. I now have to cancel plans because all of the rental cars in both Asheville and Greenville (the closest large locations) are sold out. I understand issues with vehicles, but I don’t understand why it was ONE DAY AND A HALF before my trip! I will be writing to the corporate offices to express my experience.

Finally thankfully a manager helped us and said we could do exactly what the lady said we could not do. I’ve never seen someone be so unhelpful in customer service.
- ETEstela TorresMay 1, 20261.0The franklin location is a disappointment, I scheduled a reservation in advance , got my confirmation for reservation, got a check in now email. The day I did the Check in now" and confirmed, I was informed around 2:30 that I would not have a rental for the day I had reserved it. I was told I would get a call by 7:30 am the next day to let me know whether there was a car or not available. Needless to say , I never received a call . Better your customer service, if you say you are going to do something , follow through!!!!!!
