  We don’t typically leave negative reviews for businesses but we feel this is an exception! We have rented cars for two different occasions in the last couple of months. On both occasions they have called when we were minutes away from going to pickup our cars to say they do not have our cars available. The first time I drove on to the lot because I was literally just around the corner and miraculously they had a vehicle for me. The second time they were adamant about not having our car available for pickup that we needed to leave in early the next morning. Patrick the manager and Tabatha told us that it was our responsibility to track down another car. They also told us they would keep us posted with updates on the status of our car. We never heard another word from them except for the times that we called to check. We ended up driving to Seneca SC after speaking with Chris at the Enterprise there. He was helpful and even stayed late so that we could get our car so we could leave the next day. We would never recommend Franklin NC Enterprise!

  I have rented from this location each year twice and everytume there is an issue,this last time was the worse one yet,I booked a vehicle 1 week in advance,I had to be in another state for a court case,very important,Saturday morning at 9 am I start calling them to be sure they have everything ready,because they are the only one open til noon on saturday,they dont answer the phone,I call twice each time 11min hold time.I finally get threw and the woman leads with I've been texting to call you,ya right,we dont have a car for you and there's nothing you or I can do about it,period.This made my heart sink.amd my stomach hurt,how rude,and there is nowhere to get a vehicle at this time,I watched there lot of 3 days,no new cars came in,they cld have called when I still had time to get a rental.This location is the most uncaring and unhelpful one I've ever used,and I've only used enterprise for over 15 years,I wont use them again,and I will make sure if anyone asks that I tell them to use torro or the local company in franklin,they seem helpful.not reliable,make sure you dont have a life or death situation,because this location does not care,ty have a great day,Franklin NC

  Things went surprisingly well renting here. Haven't always had good experience with renting vehicles

  1 star because I can't give a 0. I have tried to rent a car 3 different times and have yet to get a car. This last time I was sent check in texts which I did prior to getting there, when I got there I was told there was no car, they tried calling me and sent emails to let me know; they did not the man lied to my face saying the number they called was not a working number, which was my correct number and the only emails I got was to confirm my rental. If you rent from them don't bet on actually getting a car!

  Horrible experience. In north Carolina car broke down and needed car to get back to Michigan. Booked a car 4 different times . They confirmed the cars every time only to call within a half hour to 15 minutes of picking up car to be told they have no cars available. Will never deal with them ever again. The one star I gave is only an exaggeration. They don't deserve that at all.😡.
