  I hate giving bad reviews but dang, this was the WORST customer service I've ever had!! You would've thought I was taking the lady's personal vehicle! While I was waiting a lady came to turn in her car and said she had to put air in every 30 miles or so. When I ask to check k the car, they got really mad, threw the keys at me and said not to drive off. The car I got was over 6000 miles past oil change time. I ask to go over price and paperwork and she wouldn't do that either. The day after I got it, low air in tires, just like the lady the day before. When I called to tell them, all they said was, we'll what do you want us to do about it? I said we'll this is exactly what I was trying to avoid yesterday but you couldn't be bothered, now im out of the area and im not going to be responsible for this. I had to add air to 2 tires MULTIPLE times a day!!! I've dealt with them in the past and it was Nothing like this time. The lady working was the rudest person I've ever encountered, in a customer service job. Not sure if it's bc I was getting it thru a warranty thing or what but it shouldn't matter. She told me no smoking, ok..duh but ok....THEN shes gonna look me up and down and say No illicit drug use either. Im sorry...what!?! I guess my dress made me look like i was on drugs or something. My son was Very upset about that. The cars are obviously not kept up and they don't care if you notice and say something. The car itself was roomy enough but I didn't use it much bc of the tires. I didn't feel like paying $2-3 four times a day to put air in them. It had no get up and go to it, possibly bc its Way overdue for an oil change. I gave 2 stars bc...it smelled like a new car and it was something to drive if I HAD too. Just a crappy, stressful experience. This was in Franklin NC. I tried others as this one is known for these things but it was the only one close that could accommodate with the warranty.

  Paul from Franklin, NC Enterprise was awesome. He got us a car (when few were available) for an emergency health situation while we were without our own car for a month while it was being repaired. Thank you Paul and Enterprise. We will continue to use Enterprise as we have in the past, both in Florida and North Carolina.

  The last 2 times I made a reservation with this location I was contacted less than 24 hours before my pick up time and told there were no vehicles available. In one case it was 2 hours before my pick up time. The explanation was that customers had extended their rentals. A co- worker of mine had the same experience. I have spoken with Enterprise 5 separate times about this and they have promised to escalate the complaint to a manager and I would get a call back. I have received no return calls. Avoid this business. They are unreliable and dishonest.

  Had a car reserved weeks in advance for my bachelor trip. Enterprise told us they no longer had a car for us the day before we were supposed to leave. Probably one of the most inconvenient things I’ve ever experienced.

  This place is awful. I made a reservation days in advance. Our pick up time was 9 am and at 830 am day of pick up I received a phone call from this office saying that they didnt have a car for us and they would let us know later on in the day if they would have a vehicle for us. So we were hrs late leaving for our trip because we had to scramble to find another rental car and then had to drive 2 1/2 hrs round trip to get another car. Will never use this place again.
