  Had a great rental experience. My buddy and I trekked on the AT and flew in to Atlanta and drove up to Franklin to begin our trek. The rental process was smooth but one way rentals are not consistently granted. My friend who actually booked the rental spoke to Patrick on the phone before hand regarding one way rentals and we got two one way rentals to and from Atlanta without an issue. I have to recognize Patrick in particular. I accidentally left some items behind at the rental car office and contacted him for assistance. I sent him a FedEx label and he shipped the items back to me safely. Outstanding, thank you very much Patrick!

  Buenas tarde. Hace un par de semanas estuve en franklin, nort Carolina. Intenté hacer una reserva (La cual realice online) cuando llegué para finalizar el pago me dijeron que la tarjeta no pasaba porque no era de crédito, les dije que la semana pasada había realizado una reserva y había pagado con ese misma tarjeta y no hubo problemas. Pues esta vez me atendió otra señora la cual no fue nada amable y no dio solución. Ella intentó pasar la tarjeta por el monto y dijo más de una vez que no había pasado. Le dije que sí y que en el banco estaba realizado el cobro, ella se negó y dijo que no y no. Aún la fecha y todavía tengo el COBRO REFLEJADO Y RESTADO. No me lo han devuelto, necesito una solución

  Terrible service terrible employees what an awful experience I had here with this store anyone but them I may never use enterprise again after the way I was treated 5 days ago while on vacation driving a rental from enterprise that I picked up in FL and drove to NC while the brakes weren’t working on my rental company employees told me oh well they don’t have any other vehicle to rent me at that time so my family vacation was cut short due to no longer having a safe running vehicle (hence why we got the rental to begin with in the first place)

  Experiencia muy negativa en Enterprise de Franklin, NC. Teníamos reservaciones confirmadas y la empleada que nos atendió, una mujer con lentes , nos dijo que no había vehículos disponibles y que no podía hacer nada. Incluso nos indicó que el próximo vehículo disponible sería alrededor de las 4:00 p. m. Lo más preocupante fue que, al regresar con un familiar” blanco”, la misma empleada dijo que sí podía tener un vehículo listo en aproximadamente 30 minutos. La diferencia en el trato fue evidente y nos hizo sentir que estábamos siendo tratados de manera diferente por nuestra apariencia etnica No se nos ofreció ninguna solución ni ayuda, a pesar de tener reservaciones confirmadas. Espero que la gerencia revise seriamente lo ocurrido y tome medidas para garantizar que todos los clientes reciban el mismo respeto y servicio.

  Where to start? So I just had to have my vehicle towed, and I needed a way to get home two hours away. I decided I would rent a car from enterprise, and I called to make a reservation. I unfortunately got the call center, but was assured I would have a vehicle if I headed directly there. The tow truck driver dropped me off around 20 minutes later. I walk in to find there was no vehicle, and the manager said he sent me an email. Yeah, there it was, but sadly I didn't hear a notification. I said is there a chance you could get a vehicle today? He said there was zero chance. As a matter of fact, there were 15 people ahead of me waiting on a vehicle. I asked why didn't he call? He said he was too busy on the phone. There is no excuse for not communicating with the customer. There is also absolutely no excuse for taking reservations for vehicles you have no intentions of fulfilling. You wasted my time, and forced me to walk to Penske, as I no longer had a ride. Until they get better management, there is no point doing business with them.
