  This is Terry Dowell here in Franklin nc I had my 04 trailblazer transmission rebuilt and we only drove it for going to messino for my wife for her chemo and are blazer was fine till one month after the warranty went out and now the transmission is broke down again it won't pull I would not let them work on your car now we have lost $3000 to have it fixed just to have it brake down again.DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR

  Do not trust this place. I had them "diagnose" my tranmission on my 5 speed manual. They tried to tell me it needed a clutch kit and other stuff and it'd be about $1600. Exactly what my dad said they would do. I followed my dad's advice and replaced my slave cylinder and master cylinder and now it shifts like butter again

  I had a great experience with Carolina Transmission & Brakes in Franklin, NC. Jason was very friendly on the phone and invited me to bring my vehicle in for a free test drive so he could check it out, so I drove it over to Franklin. After taking it for a drive, he told me the issue was likely just a rattling heat shield and not a transmission problem! 😁 In a time when it would have been easy to claim there were multiple expensive issues, Jason was completely honest and assured me my transmission was fine. I truly appreciate that level of honesty and integrity. That is not something you find everywhere these days. I’m a very grateful customer and would highly recommend them. 🥰
