  Our family reserved a large vehicle for a family trip. At the scheduled pick-up time, we arrived at the office (35-min drive from our house) and we were informed that our reserved vehicle was NOT available. We were not informed by the Enterprise office of the problem prior to arrival. Calling to let us know the reserved vehicle wasn’t available would have saved us over an hour of travel time. Once we were made aware of problem, the Enterprise attendant stated he called local affiliates and “nothing” was available. He encouraged us to call around to check availability and to call Enterprise Customer Service. The Customer Service rep was only interested in scheduling another reservation WITHOUT confirming the vehicle was actually available. After we made 2 more reservations with Customer Service, we called both locations and were informed they DID NOT have the reserved vehicle either! There was little attempt to correct the problem but only to make more useless reservations. This was completely unprofessional. UPDATE: Enterprise responded about an hour after my review (see below) and directed me to their chat feature for assistance. The chat feature is not available on the weekend. Customer Service continues to NOT service the customer.

  I gave this 0 stars, I made a reservation for a Full Size AWD SUV over a week from pick up date even called to ensure they would have SUVs. The gentleman at this location ensureed me several Wagoneers and Traverses and that i would be fine. I showed up early on pick up day and NOTHING! They had No cars! I didnt receive any calls to inform me there were issues. I found out because we checked and ask! When we called management there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. Also we were not the only ones that this happen to another family had the same exact issue. My recommendation to your company is that you dont offer cars you can not supply and if there are issues with your reservation that you notify people ahead of time so they can coordinate other options in time. Dont wait for your customer to make your company aware of their own issues.

  NEVER called me to tell me a car that I reserved a week ago wouldn’t be available! I’d have to call a month ahead! Never had issues with Enterprise before. The day I leave for vacation they screw me over! HORRIBLE

  Best service, best cars, and best price. I will rent again. The office was clean and the personnel were very polite and professional. The cars are clean and well kept.
