  As a busy mom, I absolutely love Strickland Brothers! Being able to stay in my car and not have to get out makes getting an oil change so much easier and more convenient. They are incredibly fast and efficient, which was perfect for me to get my oil changed right before heading out on a trip! I was also really impressed by how well their team communicates. You can hear them calling out and communicating with each other across the bay, and it’s clear they have an awesome system in place to make sure everything is done correctly and efficiently. While they’re changing your oil, they also check other important things, which gives me extra peace of mind. Fast, convenient, efficient, and great teamwork, such a great experience! I’ll definitely be bck!

  The technicians got me in and out very quickly and this company opens early on Saturday. You're able to get the maintenance you need done on your vehicle early and enjoy the rest of your day.

  I was sold upon entry. The attendant came out and gave me a bottle of water. This was great customer service from the beginning! The team was very thorough and communicated very well not only to myself, but to one another as they worked. I feel as though their service is top notch and very much worth trying it out for yourself. This will definitely be the place I’ll go from this point on for my oil changes

  I asked 3-4 times rotella t6 they said yes i looked at the reel and it was a fleet oil sticker they looked it up and it was t4 not even close i drove to get the right oil it only comes in 4 qt container they then drained and put 8 quart in my 6qt crancase so not only did i lose $20 worth of engine oil i left and its still 1.5 quart over full so i have to go home and extract it and they left the oil cap off luckily it landed on the frame Never ever again

  I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but after the incredible experience I had at Strickland Brothers in Forest City, I honestly felt like I had to. I brought my Nissan Altima in for an oil change, expecting the usual quick service, but what I got was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had at any automotive shop. From the second I pulled into the bay, Shop Manager Bruce came over with a smile and an ice cold water !! The Place Gives You Free Water !!! , He made me feel welcomed immediately. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what services my Altima needed without trying to pressure me into buying anything unnecessary. It's refreshing to find someone who genuinely values honesty and customer satisfaction over making an extra sale. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Assistant Manager, Zion, and I have to say, he was absolutely outstanding. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He was friendly, respectful, and constantly checking to make sure everything was being done correctly. He explained every step of the process, answered every question I had, and made sure I was completely comfortable before they even started working on my car. It's rare to see someone with that level of professionalism and attention to detail. Watching Them work together with the rest of the team was honestly impressive. They ran the shop like a well-oiled machine. Everyone communicated with each other, worked efficiently, and treated every customer with genuine respect. You could tell the atmosphere wasn't forced—it was obvious they actually enjoy what they do, and that positive attitude carries over to every customer who walks in. The service itself was unbelievably quick without ever feeling rushed. They changed the oil in my Nissan Altima, checked and topped off all my fluids, inspected my air filter, checked my tire pressure, and even pointed out a couple of maintenance items I should keep an eye on in the future without making me feel pressured to spend more money. That's the kind of honesty that earns repeat customers. I've been to dealerships, national chains, and independent shops over the years, and none of them have come close to the level of service I received here. Most places make you feel like just another number. Today Strickland Brothers Forest City, Made me feel like they genuinely appreciated my business. Customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find. The professionalism, friendliness, speed, honesty, and overall quality of work were second to none. I actually left in a better mood than when I arrived because everyone there was so positive and welcoming. If you're anywhere near Forest City and need an oil change or any preventative maintenance, don't waste your time going anywhere else. Strickland Brothers has earned my business for life, and a huge part of that is because of Bruce and Zion. They set the standard for what customer service should look like in the automotive industry. Five stars honestly isn't enough. If I could give this place ten stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Bruce, Zion, and the entire team for making what is usually a boring errand into such a genuinely great experience. I'll be recommending Strickland Brothers Forest City to every friend and family member I know.
