- KMKathy McCabe2 days ago5.0Forest City, NC. Cory is the best. He went above and beyond to assist us with our rental. Not only was he very professional, but also very kind, and took time with us, and every time I called him, he treated me like I was a special customer. You can just hear his smile through the phone. I have, and will continue to, share my wonderful experience with the Forest City, NC Enterprise and Cory. Thanks Cory. Mary McCabe
- DHdavid hallOct 12, 20262.0The local enterprises around here even closer to some of the bigger cities didn't have a car to go. One way like from here to another destination or state they only had local rentals. It wasn't very good for my in-laws cuz they were trying to get home. Ended up having to fly more expensive than the car would have been
- DDdOct 6, 20265.0My experience with Forest City NC Enterprise was nothing less than 5 stars. Cory the staff member was a pleasure to meet and so helpful when I needed to extend the rental TWICE. It was quick and easy to reserve online so I was on the road in minutes. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and equipped with all the latest technology. It was reasonably priced and made a difficult situation enjoyable. Thank you Cory and thank you Enterprise!

- TTTorrenceSep 9, 20263.0The last 2 times I rented a car at same location, I was given cars I did not want to drive. The first time I asked for a full sized car and the cars were not ready when I got there. The 1 person who was supposed to get that Nissan Altima ready was sitting down on the inside playing on the phone. I got a Kia Kona with 4 dirty tires instead. The 2nd time I was basically forced to drive a Toyota Corolla in which the CSR said it gets 52 miles to a gallon. That was a lie. I drove car to Jacksonville, Fl and I can confirmed it only got around 30 to 35 miles on the highway.
