  Asheville airport is still a mess with construction but appreciated an email from the office the morning of pick-up telling us to go directly to the garage to skip the construction at baggage claim. Quick checkout, good car and easy return.

  The National Car Rental desk stayed open past midnight on my flight into Asheville to accommodate a delayed arrival, that was great customer service, and my return check out at the airport upon departure was easy and speedy.
