  This is an excellent Mercedes Benz dealership. Everyone I came into contact with was courteous and helpful. Caleb was especially excellent, he kept me informed throughout the repair and came across as a genuinely polite and very nice young man. Well done to all. I will absolutely take my SL 550 back to your dealership.

  Everyone at this business is friendly, competent, and go the extra mile. We have purchased from them for over ten years and they have maintained and repaired our Mercedes since 2014. We love their new building near the airport and they offer transport and storage of our vehicles when we fly. It would be hard to find a better dealership.

  Lovely group of people and the facility is beautiful. Very easy transaction. Vlad, the young salesman was a total delight! Not my usual takeaway in any car dealership. I can’t remember every other persons name that I came in contact with but they were ALL Great. The sales manager, a beautiful young woman, and the ladies working with her- great. The dealership manager- very nice as well. A couple of other salesmen, friendly helpful and great. The lady that called to tell me my tag was in, the day I received my car- great. Thank you to all of them for a truly enjoyable experience.Having lived all over the South, with the heat, I’m going to LOVE this white on white car.

  Mercedes Benz of Ashville and Caleub was super responsive in taking care of replacing our rear tyres at a very short notice when we were driving through Ashville and had a nail in one tyre that damaged it beyond repair. We arrived at the dealership late evening and were accommodated first thing next morning and taken care of. Caleb at the service was very helpful. Thanks for everything.

  Alllllll of fields dealerships need to go back to Florida screwing people. Asheville does not need to be screwed! Everyone in this area who has money like I do. Do not buy from here. Do not get your vehicle serviced here. Way over priced in every single way. Scamming rich people who don’t care to spend the money or will not recognize it. They act like they are taking care of them. Just order your Mercedes on line and have it delivered by a way better dealership. And there are many local Mercedes Asheville mechanic that charge75 percent less. Who cares about a stupid dennys cook making eggs for you. Who cares if your salesman has a suit. He probably made way too much money off of selling a 100k car. This whole place and fields nothing is a scam. I wish biltmore park and the rambles would hire some really good estate and auto lawyers that would cancel them.just google fields auto group and law suits. Many many many
