  Outstanding experience from start to finish with Joshua, Ashlynn, and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Asheville. I had been speaking with several dealerships during my search for a Corvette Z06, and the difference in professionalism, responsiveness, transparency, and overall customer experience here stood out immediately. Joshua was incredibly easy to work with — no games, no pressure, quick communication, and straightforward negotiation. Ashlynn made the paperwork and finance process smooth and efficient, and both of them worked around my schedule the entire day. What really impressed me was the level of service after the deal was finalized. They fully detailed the car and personally delivered it to my home over 60 miles away the very same day, which made the entire process unbelievably convenient. Purchasing a high-end performance car remotely can sometimes be stressful, but they made it feel effortless. Highly recommend Joshua, Ashlynn, and Mercedes-Benz of Asheville. First-class experience all around.

  I went to test drive a vehicle and Mark took the best care of me. His enthusiastic non-pushy, pleasant demeanor had me comfortable and confident in all of the information he provided. He is well versed in all the vehicles offered at Mercedes Asheville. He was even knowledgeable of all things BMW. He was patient and available throughout the process. He went above and beyond to get me any and all information needed to make a sound decision as well as making my service animal comfortable. I had a better offer in Georgia but the exceptional service I received from Mark is why I chose Mercedes Asheville. Thank you so much. Lillian was a big help as well. They got my vehicle shipped to Texas the next day after purchase and ceramic coating. This dynamic duo are the best and easiest to work with.

  Dropped off my Sprinter van on a Friday for an appointment to have the transmission looked at. When I dropped it off, they told me it wouldn’t be looked at until Monday because 2 out of only 3 of their sprinter technicians decided not to show up - then Monday rolls around and hadn’t heard from them by 2pm. I called and it was the same situation, one technician didn’t show up and one decided to leave early. Decided to pick it up and drive it the 2 extra hours for a guaranteed appointment time at Charlotte. No apologies from the advisor, no trying to make up for the time I wasted at the asheville dealership. Dealerships should be more professional than this. Very disappointing. Do better about updating your clients and making sure your technicians actually show up for work.

  The showroom and service center at the MB of Asheville is awesome! It is very clean and service is top notch. The cafe which serves up complimentary breakfast and lunch is a nice perk! But my favorite part was the experience I had working with Mark Kelley and Lillie! They made the experience fun! They also gave me good solid advice, and not just a sales pitch. They are both very dedicated to finding the right car and right plan for your needs. They explain things well and I never felt pressured. Mark was as excited as I was when my car came in. He had it all washed and ready to go! As it was a Friday that meant getting payment figured out on a Saturday. I figured I would have to wait for Monday, but Mark called me Saturday morning with a plan, and I drove it home that day! I love coming up to say hello when I come in for a car wash! I would highly recommend asking for Mark when you come in! I am happy I bought from MB of Asheville!

  My experience with Jordan was a very good experience. I think he was new to the Mercedes gang but knew what he was doing. He wasn’t afraid to ask for help if he didn’t know something and I appreciate that. With that being said 5 and half hours for an oil change when I had an appointment seems a little ridiculous to me. He did put me in another car which I was thankful for. Also durning the analysis of my car, the mechanic told me I had bigger tires on the back of the car than what should be on there, but Mercedes put the new tires on when I bought the car or so I was told. I think this should have been addressed and made right. This was my first experience with Mercedes and an over all positive one. Jordan, Tony and Rick were extremely pleasant to work with and very kind to me and my daughter. Another nice looking man helped Jordan order a part for the front of my car and he was very helpful as well. I didn’t eat at the grill but plan on it next time. It sure did smell delicious!
