  This was my first visit and was for RV (sprinter van) service. Everything about the experience was positive and I am generally not a big fan of dealer service. But this was extremely professional and absolutely tailored to the customer experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

  I got a really thorough and good quality inspection for my post purchase vehicle. I have a very solid game plan going forward to manage my vehicle and get the most out of it now. The service representative and vehicle technicians were very thorough.

  We very pleased with our experience with Joshua. Joshua was professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was outstanding in explaining everything about the car as well as the entire process. Everything was well organized and prepared for our visit..I would highly recommend Joshua. He is a very personable guy!

  I was traveling from Ohio when my 2022 Mercedes-Benz S580 unexpectedly went into reduced power mode. Being far from home, I was relieved by the outstanding service I received from Mercedes-Benz of Asheville. The service consultant, Darrell Inman, was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He understood the urgency of my situation, got my car diagnosed quickly, and had me back on the road much sooner than I expected. Excellent customer service from start to finish. If you’re looking for a service department that truly takes care of its customers, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Asheville—and especially Darrell Inman.
