  Phenomenal service department. Traveling from out of town, we had a service light come on and I cannot express the gratitude I have for the outstanding group here, but most importantly Dolores. Top notch service advisor who went above and beyond for us.

  Since working with this dealership for about a year know, I wanted to report how professionally they operate and how friendly and helpful the sales staff is. They have patiently answered a number of questions we had as we adjusted to our new vehicle and its numerous electronic interfaces. They also hold true to their commitments. During the purchase, they told us we could leave our vehicle on their premises when flying out of AVL (thus avoiding $12 per day airport parking cost). We have used this perk numerous times, and they are great to shuttle us to/from the terminal in a timely manner.

  Just left hunter Volvo yesterday with a 2025 XC90 and I have absolutely ZERO complaints, from the sales associate, Alex causer & the sales manager, to the car. If it wasn’t for either of them, I wouldn’t have my dream mom car! They made it very easy, very fast & they were super accommodating. 10/10, would recommend! :)

  If I could leave a 0/5 stars i would. I will never step foot in a Hunter auto group ever again. I went to look at trading my car this morning at the dealership. I talked with a very nice salesman who was able to accommodate me. I was offered well below (over 6k) low end market value for my car on trade in which is fine. I told the salesman I appreciated his time and started to walk out. Then came the sales manager. He was the most rude, arrogant and egotistical person ive ever talked to. I did hours of research before hand and have worked in the car industry for over 8 years so I knew ever inch of the car I was looking at and exactly what both cars are selling at on the market with examples. I proceeded to tell him that Carvana offered me over 4k more than what they were offering me and that I appreciated his time but wasnt interested in his prices. He then proceeded to tell me that he has "people like me" come in all the time thinking they know what they are talking about and they dont. He then told me all my prices were the "consumer price" not the market price even after I showed him examples of multiple dealerships listing my car for sale for nearly 10k more than what he offered. He then told me that I was "arrogant, ignorant, and I didnt know what i was talking about". He said he'd been doing this for 15 years and knows what things are worth and I was wrong. He then went on to tell me he would not sell me the car even if I came back with cash. I being a car guy know dealerships are scammers and hated going in the first place but I wanted this car (which is listed over market value btw). I have never felt more disrespected in my life and will never step foot on property again.
