  I went to Hunter Volvo on a Monday evening, after doing extensive research on the model I wanted and the vehicles in stock at Hunter. I started by walking around the lot and taking a few minutes to look at the two vehicles that I had narrowed my search down to. I was thankful to have a few minutes to look alone before beginning the buying process. I then entered the showroom and was greeted by Stefan, I told him which two vehicles I was interested in and he let me drive both and very patiently waited and I looked both over. I finally decided which one I wanted and we began to discuss numbers. After some back-and-forth we agreed on an OTD price and shook hands. I found everyone I interacted with to be very nice and professional and Stefan definitely knew the product. He also took time to familiarize me with the service department which is important since I plan to have my Volvo serviced here.

  Just bought my first Volvo here and it’s was an excellent experience. Stefan was very knowledgeable about the range of vehicles they had to offer and made the experience seamless. The manager, Shawn, was available to assist and checked in with us regularly to make sure questions were answered and any concerns were addressed. Even the finance portion was first class with Chase. I would definitely recommend working with all of them!

  Didn’t plan to buy a car - “Just looking “. Met Alex who was extremely knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. Ended up happily purchasing a C40 Recharge. Great customer service and follow up after the sale.

  I had the absolute best experience not only with the dealership but with my sales associate Alex C who I highly recommend working with! I’m not one to write reviews but I felt like this dealership & sales associate absolutely deserved acknowledgment. He was a pleasure to test drive vehicles with & look forward to working with him in the future.He put me at ease & I felt very comfortable & confident in shopping with him. He & the dealership was fabulous not only pre-purchase but after; that says a lot to me as a new buyer to the Hunter dealership. I am truly impressed with the thought & detail which the dealership puts into each vehicle, its presentation for the buyer, the ease of the entire process, it was smooth & nothing but perfection. The manager even sent Jeff, who is a pleasure to get to know, to pick me up an hour away to come test drive vehicles. Jeff is truly a gem to the Hunter family. I’ve purchased from dealers Land Rover, Mercedes & BMW, all twice, in both CA & AL & Hunter has by far blown them all out of the water as far as quality & service. Hunter Volvo & Alex (& Jeff) are absolutely five stars in the ways one would want when shopping for a Volvo! I’m thrilled I shopped & purchase from them. I look forward to working with them for service needs.

  I highly recommend Hunter Volvo! I drive over an hour to get my car serviced here, and it is entirely worth the trip. On my most recent visit, I worked with Dolores. She is an incredible service advisor—extremely nice, detail-oriented, respectful, and an excellent communicator. Finding top-tier service advisors like her is rare. On top of that, Mike did an outstanding job servicing my vehicle. This dynamic duo makes vehicle maintenance stress-free, and I will definitely continue coming back because of them!
