We brought in our 2018 Tesla Model 3 for routine maintenance and an issue with the underbody aero shields. The team was professional, thorough, and communicative throughout the process. They clearly explained their findings, respected our decisions about which work to complete, and temporarily secured the shields so we could safely address the remaining repairs. They also completed the requested maintenance and returned the car vacuumed and looking great! Excellent service from beginning to end. 5/5!
