  Your car wouldn’t start because one of your employees ran the battery down, so I had to call for assistance and YOU CHARGED ME FOR IT. I also missed my appointment because of the 2 hour delay getting the car started. I expect a FULL REFUND.

  I have had good experiences with many other Enterprise locations but we experienced a 40+ minute line at this one. Update - Enterprise made it right. Friendly staff and clean car, too. Much appreciated!

  OVER 2 HOUR WAIT!!! Absolutely unacceptable! 2 people working on a Friday evening!!! Don’t waist your time if you can go to another location, do that.

  I am writing this review to express my disappointment with a staff member from this enterprise location. I rented in Hilton Head, South Carolina, the car suddenly lost acceleration around Hendersonville NC forcing me to pull over on the side of the road. This was a dangerous situation and left me stranded and concerned for my safety. I immediately contacted Enterprise Guest Services and was advised to call the Asheville Airport location due to their extended hours. When I did so, the representative I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. After I explained that the vehicle was malfunctioning and that I did not feel safe continuing to drive it to that location and if there was anyway a staff member could send someone to take a look at the car or maybe even transport us to the Asheville enterprise location because it should be their concern about one of their customers driving THEIR unsafe vehicle, the representative responded rudely stating “it’s not our responsibility” and ultimately hung up on me. While I understand that this location was not where I originally rented the vehicle, I expect a basic level of professionalism and assistance especially in a situation involving a potentially unsafe vehicle. Being treated in this manner while dealing with a roadside issue was both frustrating and concerning. I understand that calls may be recorded, and I encourage you to review this interaction, the time was 4/11/26 and the call was around 3:30pm with the Asheville NC airport enterprise. This experience raises serious concerns regarding both the safety and maintenance of your rental vehicles, as well as the support provided to customers in urgent situations outside of regular business hours.
