- BBBryanJun 23, 20261.0They tried to check me in under wrong reservation, had to correct the details 3 times... didn't have the key at desk so I had to locate the guy with the key took about 10 min since I had to go back and ask the person where i'm supposed to find the guy since no one is by the elevators or even visible from that entrance to 1st floor parking... when I returned the car I had to wait for the bus or walk 8 min to get to the uber pickup (like its a big airport or something). Now I'm 2 days after returning the vehicle and they still haven't closed out the rental and no direct number to speak to someone onsite.

Then, the day of the rental, we landed from our flight with a voicemail from them saying they don’t have a car available. Did not refund us. Wouldn’t check to see if other locations had availability. Stranded us at the airport with our kids. HOWEVER according to the rental site they still had vehicles available, though they DON’T. Insane that this is legal. It’s one thing to allow people to make reservations, but the fact that they take payment in full and then you have to fight for your money back…
