I had the pleasure of working with sales rep Alana and she helped me purchase a 26 CR-V. She made me feel comfortable unlike the other dealerships I went to. I did not feel pressured or dismissed when I told her what I was looking for and a price I was trying to stay around. Car buying can be stressful but she made it easier. 10 out 10 recommend Apple Tree Honda and Alana.

I went to AppleTree Honda to look at and test drive a 2026 Honda CRV . I was approached by a sales lady by the name of Alana. Alana was wonderful. She was very sweet, personable, professional and just down to earth. Zain from finance was also very helpful and personable as well as professional. He took his time and thorough when going over and explaining all the documents I had to sign. Zain also saved me more money and even took the time to help me with something non related. I just felt like Zain and Alana went above and beyond for me. I have bought several cars over the years but I have to say that this was by far the BEST, most laid back, non stressful, smooth and seamless deal I've ever made. From the initial interaction with Alana to the test drive to talking numbers to sealing the deal with Zain in Finance. I was just an all around great experience. If you are in the market for a new Honda I would highly recommend going to AppleTree and talking to Alana and Zain. They are wonderful to work with. Thank you Alana & Zain for the wonderful experience!!!! You have definitely earned a forever customer and my business in the future. Thank you, Stephanie

Apply tree is the MVP of dealerships minimal viable product dealership. They are going to waist your time and not respect your vehicle. Had to return multiple times for a easier repair. Called and left multiple messages with no call back to see if it's fixed. Just the automated your car done at end of day. Got there and they did nothing. Second time they said they ordered the part had me waist my time showing up just to find out they didn't have it. It finally got fixed and on the way home I noticed large deep scratch in the steering wheel that will remind me to never go there again every time I turn the wheel. I don't believe it's a lower level employee issue because on the first visit I got the feeling they all know what's going on but can't say or do anything about it. It's from owner upper management down. That's why they are the MVP of dealerships. Minimal viable product only staying in business because it's the only Honda dealership in the Asheville area. Going to drive to Greenville where dealers have to compete for your business.

I went to Apple Tree in a time when I really needed a good reliable car. It was late when I'd gotten off from work. Despite the time, Duane met with me, listened to my needs and directed me to exactly the car I needed. After checking out the car and the test drive, we sat and talked about the trade in, and meet with Chris (who I assume was the manager). There wasn't a lot of push to hurry or make a deal right then. Ultimately, I found another vehicle elsewhere that suited my needs better. In that time Duane and Chris both checked on me to see if my needs were being met. My situation was a bit of a cluster, and they both were still willing to listen to me, offer advice and support if the other deal fell through. Had the specific vehicle I was looking for been on their lot, I would not have hesitated to buy from them. Apple Tree seems to be genuinely focused on helping the customer. A good salesman knows that a happy customer will always return. Especially, if you know you can rely on them for help. Even if I didn't buy from them, I cannot recommend Apple Tree enough. You'll be in good hands with them. I will certainly come to them should my needs change.

This was only my second visit to this dealership. Previously, at other Honda service centers, the process was usually straightforward: inspect the vehicle first, explain the findings, and then discuss recommended services and pricing. During this visit, however, I was quickly presented with several recommended services and a very high quote before any inspection. The recommendations included transmission fluid replacement, brake fluid replacement, fuel system induction service, oil change, and tire rotation. What concerned me most was the lack of explanation behind these recommendations. For example, nobody explained when the transmission fluid or brake fluid had last been changed, whether the current condition actually justified replacement, or why these services were necessary at this time. The initial quote was around $770. After I explained that my budget was around $600 and asked for the fuel system induction service to be removed, the final charge dropped to a little over $590. That large and immediate price reduction honestly felt strange and made the pricing seem inconsistent and negotiable in a way I did not expect from a dealership service department. In addition, besides the main services discussed, several other services were also recommended right away. I was then told that some of those additional items could not even be completed that day and that I should come back another time for them, which made the whole interaction feel even more sales-oriented and unusual. Another concern was the tire pressure warning light. The staff checked the tire pressure and told me the pressure was normal, and that the warning light would eventually turn off by itself. That explanation did not feel very professional or reassuring. I later checked the service record on CARFAX, and the record only showed a general inspection and alignment check. Considering how many services were recommended during the visit, I would have expected more detailed documentation and clearer explanations supporting those recommendations. The lack of detailed records honestly left me uncertain about what was actually inspected and performed during the visit. I have owned this car for 10 years and have serviced it at two Honda dealerships over the years. This was honestly the first time I had such a strange and uncomfortable service experience, and I left feeling disappointed by the overall level of transparency and professionalism.
