  A great service experience. Fabian, my service advisor, was very polite and processional. Plus, my Acura is a great car that requires little maintenance. I’m very happy with my vehicle and this dealership.

  I drove there with no appointment. The sales can help me with my navigation and the service department immediately change my all rotated in my tire in about an hour hours out of there it was a greeting.

  John Hamrick always treats us like family. For three years he greets us with respect and a smile. He explains the process in detail so we understand the service before and after. We have never had an issue in servicing our MDX. We have never had a problem with our SUV after service. We love the reminders we get. We love the discounts we receive. We love the waiting area. Water, coffee, snacks if you need them. The service we just had was quick and easy. While we were there we heard them offer to take an older couple home and pick them back up after their car was serviced. We would rate them 10 out of 10.

  I have always had a positive experience working with Apple Tree Acura. Recently my battery died in my MDX and could not be jumped. I called John and asked for help. He sent the mobile car out to my house and the wonderful technician, Tovaris, had it running like new in no time. Other than the cost of the new battery, I wasn’t charged for the visit.   My oil change itself went fine, if not in a lackluster waiting area for Acura, but the service was not worth the onslaught on text and email follow ups in the days that followed regardless of how many STOP and opt out replies I submitted. I know we're in the time of invasive messages generally, fine, but Apple Tree is egregious and not worth it. If you go, give them fake contact info. UPDATE: I received an unsolicited carfax email this morning for my car that I did not submit. Apple Tree took the liberty of submitting my vehicle and contact information to carfax. I called the dealership and asked to talk with whoever is in charge of marketing, got connected to a voicemail that was full. Called back and left a message with reception, told them I'm submit complaints with the appropriate state and federal agencies (CAN SPAM Act, TCPA, etc) if I didn't get a call back today. No call so... submitting my complaints, hopefully that will save anyone else unfortunate enough to give them contact information in the future
