  Duane was great on my RDX Aspec purchase. He was very Patient, not pushy… but kept in great contact with through the process. He was very laid back and knowledgeable and provided a very comfortable, transparent and no pressure experience. Zain was crazy fast with contracting and made it a breeze. Couldn’t be more pleased.

  ❌ AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP – Lost a Guaranteed Sale Due to Toxic Receptionist ❌ ​If you are an out-of-town buyer looking to do business with Apple Tree Acura, turn around now! We were in the market for an Acura MDX and ready to pull the trigger, but the frontline receptionist, Angela, completely destroyed the deal. ​Her level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and sheer lack of basic customer service skills was shocking. She was completely unconcerned with helping us and entirely too comfortable being incredibly rude over the phone. ​It begs the question: If they cannot even manage basic courtesy on a phone call to secure a sale, how will they treat you when you arrive? How will they treat you if something goes wrong with your vehicle down the road? ​To the owner of this establishment: Angela is a massive liability to your brand/business. She is actively running buyers like me off. We happily took our money to another state where our business was actually valued and we are happy with outlr purchase. We got a great deal, low-miles, and wonderful customer service! Prospective customers, I suggest that you do not waste your time with this car lot. It's giving bad management vibes!

  Today I purchased an Acura MDX from Appletree Acura, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Phillip Mote’s made the entire process seamless, helping me trade in my leased RDX and securing an amazing deal to upgrade to an MDX A-Spec. A big thank you as well to Nick and Tiffany in financing for their support in making everything come together so smoothly. The entire team was a pleasure to work with.   Great service as always. My appointment was first thing in the morning and my contact person was still setting up, so another team member immediately came and started my in take. While my car was getting serviced I got an update and a good debrief at the end.

  Today was a great day! After doing a ton of research into my next car, Acura rose to the top of the list for the second time in my life. I owned a 2006 TL for 10 years that I absolutely loved. It was the best car I’ve ever owned. Fast forward to today. We found an MDX on the Apple Tree Acura website that looked great. We were greeted by Jocelyn Kelly within a few minutes of arriving. She was friendly, professional, approachable and knowledgeable…not at all the stereotypical car salesperson. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us narrow down our choices. But when she really shined was when it came time to work through the numbers. She had paid close attention to what I was saying from the start, so when the negotiations were underway and there was a glitch in communications, she picked up on it and salvaged the deal. Make sure to ask for Jocelyn…she’s a pro and fantastic to work with. I also can’t say enough about the finance director, Tiffany, who was incredibly professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for an all around great experience!
