  Steve greeted us and was so friendly. We made an appt for an oil change service and diagnostic for our recurring windshield nozzle issue on our MDX. We arrived on time and there were only two people waiting on their vehicles at the time in the waiting area. We waited for close to three hours for the work to be done on our MDX and were told they would have to order the new nozzles and return for another appt. 3 hours seemed like a very long time to wait. We have had oil changes done at other garages in the past and never had to wait this long. Usually an hour tops.

  A 2.5 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation and annual inspection. Paperwork stated all four tires were at 35, but none of the tires were at 35. Front tires at 36 and 31 for an AWD car and the back two at 32. This seems to consistently be an issue each time I have the car serviced. They are also now charging a 3% surcharge if you use a credit card to pay for services. Not an optimal experience.

  We have been going to Apple Tree Acura for the last two years and have consistently received excellent service. John is knowledgeable and helpful and works hard to make sure I understand what is being done to my vehicle. They are always on time and happy to help, and pricing is in line with dealership-quality work. Highly recommended!

  We have had several Acuras and have been pleased with all of them. We purchased another brand last month but were not happy with it. That dealership did not offer us any acceptable options . We went to Acura and Megan took great care of us. She answered all our questions and made an acceptable offer on a new MDX. We are very pleased with our vehicle and the service with Apple Tree. Thanks for a good experience.

  We can’t say enough good things about Blake at Apple Tree Acura! From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable and took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for. He was patient, kind, and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Blake went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were completely happy with our experience. He made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.
