- BBBrina BurlesonJun 23, 20265.0Our flight was delayed by several hours. We arrived in Asheville around 2am. We had made a booking with Alamo for a rental via Booking.com. When checking in with Alamo our booking had been cancelled (probably due to delayed flight, not picking up car on time) they were so nice and understanding. The only car available was actually an upgrade to our original booking, and at a lower price! Easy pick up and drop off of our rental. Made leaving and arriving at the airport very efficient. One man, not sure of his name, possibly the manager? Was very accommodating. I know at 2am all employees are ready to clock out for the day. They never made us feel rushed, were kind, inviting, and informative. Long story short, book directly with Alamo AVL and not Booking.com.
