  Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Tint World. I paid a $200 deposit for service and was told I could not reschedule my appointment and was also denied a refund, despite giving more than 24 hours notice BOTH times I needed to reschedule. I am in the military, and my schedule can change unexpectedly due to service obligations. I communicated ahead of time responsibly and still received zero flexibility or understanding. Instead of working with me as a customer, they kept my deposit and refused to accommodate reasonable scheduling changes. Customer service was unprofessional, unsympathetic, and unwilling to help. I understand policies exist, but completely refusing to work with someone who gave proper notice — especially someone serving in the military — is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to others based on how they treat customers.

  Just recently got my front windshield tinted. To the individual who did this, I want to thank you for taking your time and also repairing the tint on my passenger window after. She looked amazing after coming out of that shop.

  The experience I had with the guys at Tint World, the only word to describe them is GREAT. The work was done in a very high quality of professionalism and they treated my home with the greatest respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality tint job for their home and or automotive needs. My hat goes off to these guys, thank you very much 🙏🏿

  I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I was initially given a quote based on my vehicle’s VIN, which I relied on when deciding to move forward. After arriving at the location, I received a second full quote, which I reviewed, approved, and signed. However, after that point, they attempted to increase the price by an additional $100 to remove an existing tint strip and another $100, claiming the window was larger than expected. This felt misleading and unprofessional. A quote—especially one tied to a VIN and later confirmed in person—should be accurate and honored once approved. Changing the price afterward without clear and transparent justification is not acceptable. Customer service was also disappointing when I raised these concerns. Instead of working toward a resolution, the situation was handled in a dismissive and frustrating way. I even requested that the owner contact me, but I have yet to hear back. I would strongly recommend getting all pricing clearly documented and confirmed before committing, or considering other businesses to avoid a similar experience. On a positive note, I was able to find another shop that completed the same work the same day, at the original quoted price, with excellent customer service.
