- RHRJ HOct 3, 20265.0I had a good experience here. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. I forgot about the cabin filter and I watched them take it out and it had leaves in it! Glad they checked and changed it. All services completed in a timely manner. Staff were friendly and kept me informed of progress.

- SMSwish MartinezSep 15, 20265.0Danell the store manager was very insightful on the different packages they offer and they even gave me a tire rotation. The team was very energetic and helpful during the process. Definitely coming to see them again!
- JJJaliune JonesSep 9, 20264.0I originally had a frustrating experience after getting an oil change on my brand-new 2026 vehicle. Everything seemed fine at first, but while driving on the highway, I started hearing scraping underneath my car. I pulled over and discovered that the panel underneath had not been properly reattached, which caused it to become damaged and eventually come off. I was told a replacement panel had been ordered, but unfortunately, I went about 3–5 months without receiving an update or having the issue resolved. I also had difficulty reaching customer service and management, which made the situation even more frustrating. That being said, I came back today and Robert and D were very helpful in getting the issue addressed. The new manager was also extremely helpful, professional, and apologetic about what happened. They listened to my concerns and made sure the situation was finally resolved. While the original experience was disappointing and took much longer than it should have, I do appreciate Robert, D, and the new manager for stepping in, taking my concerns seriously, and making things right.
