  Bad experience. Windshield wasn’t installed properly and had to be redone, including the installation of low grade wipers that left streaks. Things are still not right as I have a “light and wiper malfunction” message on my dashboard that I’ve never seen in my nearly four years of owning my vehicle. I’m waiting to hear back from corporate office to address matter

  Had my truck broken into and did some shopping around to find the best price to fix my driver's side window. I booked the appointment online, and due to availability, it was best to drop off at the location instead of the mobile route. I had the window replaced, but had a slight issue. I went back the next day and got another appointment to correct the issue. The manager came out to see the issue and went above and beyond to correct it. The 2nd appointment was early enough that I didn't lose the whole day. In the future, I would definitely come back to have my glass done at this location.

  We had our Tesla windshield replaced here. While the replacement required a three-hour process, they kept me updated with progress and everyone was very efficient and pleasant. My tech explained everything once the replacement was complete and gave clear instructions on after service care. They recalibrated the windshield to factory settings. We’re very pleased.

  Small Chip=Huge Potential Cost if left uncorrected. Especially true in our NC weather where it could be 90 and sunny on Thursday, and 60 and raining on Friday! Enter Safelite. Quick to get scheduled, Doug arrived when he said he would, reviewed what he was about to do, performed the service efficiently and professionally! I am 100% satisfied with the job he did. Hope not to need his services again any time soon but also hope he’s available if and when I need him in the future. Well Done!

  Safelite made it so painless having my Subaru's windshield repaired. Great intake over the phone, they took care of the insurance aspect, and all I had to do is to pay my deductible. At the facility here in Fayetteville we waited comfortably for only 2 hours, 3 were predicted. Our assigned mechanic/ tech, Patrick did a beautiful and thorough job. He also took care of the adjustments that had to be done for the safety options my car has. He took it for a ride to assure that all was working the way it should. When he turned the vehicle over to us he was very explicit in his explanations to take certain cautions within the first week of driving. I am a USAA member, and USAA only choses trusted businesses to work with. Thank you, Pat, and thank you Safelite for taking the best care of us.
