  I have used Safelite for window repair three separate times now, and every experience we have had has been outstanding. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated well with us and fixed our issues in a timely manner. The whole overall experience from navigating their website to the work being completed was very positive, and made our hectic lives easier. Safelite even takes care of filing your insurance claim for you, which we found to be very helpful. We would highly recommend Safelite for all your windshield repair needs!!

  Not too pleased with the $40 "recycling" fee. I had a sude door window replaced, but had cleaned up the broken glass except for the small amount left in the door. They told me they could not remove the fee as it is Safelite's policy. I call BS.. They gave me a small discount but said "that is all we can do." Thanks for that, but it wasnt $40 discount.

  My experience with Safelite was superb! The entire staff at the raeford location were very friendly and knowledgeable about their work. I was equally impressed with Alex the technician who did the work. He was very professional and patient with explaining everything I needed to know about the after care of my new windshield. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs to replace their vehicle windshield . Reasonably priced and very good quality!

  I went through my insurance for a vlaim to replace my door window.They suggested safelite,i got an appointment the next day for repair.I got to the shop they took my car right in.From start to finish was only 45 min,i thought i was going to be there about 2 hours.The staff and technician were very professional great customer service.I will defenitly use them in the future.Thank you safelite 10 star service.

  A rock hit my windshield creating a chip/crack which was/is about the size of a quarter and was not repaired. It was mostly filled leaving a white spot about the size of a dime with small cracks extending beyond that which were not filled. I was told because it was not completely filled that it will likely continue to spread and the windshield will need to be replaced. To receive a 10 on their "how did we do" scale, the technician would have needed to inspect the damage, and advise me prior to the attempted repair. Also the chip/crack would have needed to be repaired. The technician was neither friendly nor forthcoming with information. There was no other effort by him such as to inspect the rest of the windshield or windshield wipers.
