  Had an appointment for 10/02/26, between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM, I took time off from work for this appointment, meaning I lost wages, around 2:30pm I called to confirm that someone was stills scheduled the Customer Service rep said yes, around 4:30 pm someone else called to ask about my experience, I said I was still waiting and they confirmed that someone was scheduled. 5pm comes around and there wasn’t even a courtesy text to inform about the tech no coming, next morning reached out to corporate as the store does not answer phone calls and not even customer service can get a hold of anyone at the store! If you are in need of a glass repair/replacement, go to Auto Glass Now, they even do mobile services

  Used Satellite in Fayetteville NC. Brandon was the technician. He kept me informed of his status before, during and after the repair. Gave recommendations and advised regarding warranty information. Only took about 20 minutes and he came to my work for repair.

  I had an appointment for 1 chip repair yesterday afternoon. I did not have to go to their shop, they came right to my house. I’m not 100% sure of the technicians name, I believe it was Brandon. He did an excellent job. He called me in the morning to let me know what time he would arrive. He arrived on time, within the window he told me before hand. Once he arrived he noticed I had 2 other chips that I did not even know about. He ended up fixing all 3 chips in a timely manner. He was very professional and courteous. He placed a mat over the hood of my vehicle so he wouldn’t damage the paint. Once he was finished he cleaned up his work area and left my hood spotless. Everything was covered by my insurance. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Safelite to anyone who needs their glass repaired or replaced.

  I attempted to make an appointment via phone, but the automated service wouldn't connect me with a human and eventually hung up the call. I decided to go with AAA Glass then. If I have to "fight" with the automated system just to get service, that tells me all I need to know about the customer service of this company.
