  Everything went smoothly at the counter for the release and return of the vehicle. There were only two issues, both of which were cleared up when I returned the vehicle. The one issue was, we weren't even off property after picking the vehicle up and bells and bongs were going off stating the oil needed to be changed. I used the text thread, sent to me by National to communicate this and no one ever answered me for the entire time we had the vehicle..which was a total of 8 days. Once I returned the vehicle and addressed these concerns, the folks at the counter explained to me this was a new platform of communicating with clients and it hadn't been launched very long and they were "working out some bugs". They were very nice about it and i was good with that. All in all, it was a great experience and I WILL be renting from this location (KFAY) again.

  This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with National Car Rental. At pickup, I requested a specific vehicle on the lot for my paid reservation. I was told it was scheduled for maintenance and given another vehicle of the same model with a dirty interior and only three-quarters of a tank of gas. Shortly afterward, I watched another customer receive the keys to the exact vehicle I had requested. I returned the truck with a full tank and informed the representative, Skylar, who told me I would receive a reimbursement and a free-day credit after emailing the manager, JuNiya. Despite emailing and following up, I have received neither a response nor the promised credit. The dismissive service, inconsistent explanation, poor vehicle condition, and lack of follow-through have made this an extremely frustrating experience.

  Book a car online and when I arrive they didn’t have a car available. I already paid uber for a ride to the car rental. If I book a car, it should be available when I arrive.

  This location put me in a very small vehicle. I asked about a minivan and they said none were available when I finally went to the location. I found that they had four in the parking lot and found out that there was another one that was being cleaned. This is not a big airport so the likelihood that they had all of those rented out was very unlikely. I believe that they just did not want me to have a minivan because I kept asking about it. This location is number two in the worst locations I’ve been to in the United States number one is in Twin Falls, Idaho.
