  Nice, CLEAN car, loved the android auto feature that was FANTASTIC, Great customer service and very easy to deal with when "picking up" and "dropping off" simple and smooth.

  Absolutely terrible customer service for an Emerald Club Executive member. They refused to provide basic accommodations or any kind of attempt. They also lied to me which wasted an hour of time.

  National Car Rental has become my preferred car rental when I travel for business. They are consistently helpful, and always friendly. National continues to be my rental car company of choice. The times I don't use National are the occasional times when they don't have a car available when I need it. That has been rare.

  I rent from this national almost every week, if not a handful of times a month. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are always friendly and accommodating. The early morning weekday crew is exceptional! If there is ever an issue, they are always quick to handle it and like I said...their amazing attitudes is why I will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys for always making my Mondays a bit brighter.
