  I originally reserved a luxury vehicle, but when I arrived, the location did not have the luxury car I had booked available. The woman at the counter suggested that I take a convertible instead, which I was willing to do. However, I noticed that the convertible category was listed on the company’s website at a slightly lower rate than the luxury vehicle category I had reserved. I politely pointed out the price difference and showed her the website listing. Despite explaining it several different ways, I was repeatedly told that I would still have to pay the luxury vehicle rate because the convertible was considered a luxury vehicle. My concerns seemed to be dismissed, even after I provided the pricing information directly from the website. At that point, I decided I would address the issue after returning the rental through the appropriate customer service and consumer protection channels. When I returned the vehicle, I spoke with an employee named Josh. He asked about my experience, listened to my concerns, and immediately understood the issue. More importantly, he took the time to correct it. His professionalism, willingness to listen, and commitment to resolving the problem completely changed my impression of the situation. Josh provided the level of customer service that every customer hopes to receive. He deserves recognition for handling the matter promptly and respectfully. While my initial experience at pickup was frustrating, I appreciate that Josh took ownership of the issue and made it right. Big props to Josh who assisted me in my return in the parking lot, but shame to the lady at the counter who tried those shady business practices and dismissed my Indisputable evidence.   Nice, CLEAN car, loved the android auto feature that was FANTASTIC, Great customer service and very easy to deal with when "picking up" and "dropping off" simple and smooth.
