I have been here twice and the customer service for me has been nothing short of being great. You are greeted with a Big Hello and a smile as I walked in. And Frank & Eddie are Awesome. I will continue to bring my car in for service until I move in December to San Antonio. I am Sad though because Mr. Tire isn't there. But in the meantime you guys keep up the Great work

Thanks to Milton & employee, my tired change was a breeze & affordable pricing. They arrived to my location super fast w/my new tire. Work was completed w/in 30mins. I recommend this company to anyone. I will be using Lemon Springs Tire (Sanford) in the future. Great job!

Had a previous break installation done September 2025, with the old manager and crew. 9 months after the initial breaks installed I started to experience rust and grinding in less than a year. I came to Mr. Tire this September before my warranty expired and Mr.Edward gave great advice, service, and insured me that they would fix the break issue as soon as possible and when a new manager arrived. The new manager listened to my concerns and took a look at the problem personally and got the job done same day even though they were short staff and it was already a complicated matter. Due to no fault of the current management. I appreciate them for taking care and rectifying the situation professionally as well as looking into other things I had concerns about my vehicle same day.

Trash service! Had a six o'clock appointment..was told they couldn't get to me..come back tomorrow. I came back at 7:30 when they was supposed to open. Girl comes at 10 ,till 8 to open Then tells me they have no tech person scheduled for the day Called someone in Didn't get an oil change till almost 11. Tried selling me $1100 worth of repairs in needed . What a joke Was supposed to get an oil change 50% off. Charged me $81 when sign on counter said $79.99 oil change before 50% off. Terrible business!
