  Dee and Tye were amazing. The shop was understaffed but they got the job done. It closes at 7 but they stayed until work was completed. We hit a pothole leaving from sams club by the hook and reel. I called multiple other shops but they were busy. However, we received an appointment here within minutes, for 20 minutes later. The line was long but worth the wait. Dee told us it would be a while but she got all the work done with the help of Tye(who was already off for the day). These are the type of people that show you humanity still exists. They need raises.

  Dee was the best she helped me decide what tires to get and also showed me different promotion they had going on for the month. I got 4 tires plus installation with road hazard for under $800 will be coming back most definitely ‼️‼️ technicians where great and great communication and customer service.

  I had the misfortune of having a nail puncture on the road contact surface of my new SUV on Sunday morning. Thank goodness Mr.Tire service center on McPherson Church Rd in Fayetteville was open. The tire was patched from the inside and I was in and out in less than 35 minutes. Marcel, the manager, and Eddie, the technician, were very accommodating, friendly and professional. Thanks to them, I can without hesitation recommend this Mr.Tire Auto Service Center.

  Scheduled online. Received confirmation and several reminder texts. Showed up at appointment time. They had no record of myappointment, they were not performing state inspections, and their alignment rack was "down" so they couldn't check my vehicle's alignment either. They referred me to Firestone. Waste of time. Don't bother scheduling with them, go somewhere else.

  I have been at the McPherson store 3 times. Twice I left a tire and rim for installation. Service was great though once the manager was overwhelmed because they did t have enough help. The last time I had an emergency and needed a new tire. I had to take an Uber and was willing to wait. The technician and counter sales person were so gracious they got me in right away. I was out of there and back in the Uber within 30 minutes. I appreciated such great service though I felt the tire was expensive for the make and model but I had only one choice - a Yokohama. Anyway I appreciate the staff.
