I had a 7:30 AM appointment at Mr. Tire on N. McPherson Church Road. I arrived at 7:20 AM, expecting to get my vehicle taken care of and then walk over to work like I normally do. Unfortunately, no one showed up to open the store. I waited until 7:42 AM before I finally had to leave, which caused me to be late for work. Even more frustrating, I can see the location from my office, and as of 8:00 AM, no one was still there. If you allow customers to schedule appointments for 7:30 AM, someone should be there to open the business and honor those appointments. At the very least, customers should be notified if the store is going to open late. This is not how you run a business or respect your customers' time. Very disappointing experience, especially since I made an appointment specifically to avoid something like this.

Scheduled a state inspection for 5:30 today on their website. Walked in for my appointment and the guy behind the counter informed me that they don’t have any state inspectors in the shop. What a waste of time. Won’t be coming back here.

I am very disappointed in this stores customer service. I called the store to inquire about a tire that I had ordered online. I spoke to the store manager and she was very nasty saying we don’t have nothing to do with the tires that’s ordered they just do install that my tire was not there and I need to contact the company I ordered from which I did and they advised that the tire had been delivered to the store so I called back to the store and spoke with the nasty store manager to inquire about the tire and she said rudely hold on and the call was disconnected and I called back and she said the tire is here I said Thank you I have a scheduled installation appointment on Saturday. She rudely hung up on me. I called and canceled my install appointment and went to the store to pick up tire upon my arrival I observed some lady at the front counter and I told her I was the one that had just called and I was there to pick up my tire she went and retrieved the tire from the back and rolled it out rudely not saying a word I said Thanks and left the establishment. I went to the establishment a day earlier and was approached in the parking lot by some male worker he asked can I help you and I told him I wanted to inquire about my tire arriving there he got tire information went inside and came back out and said it is not here. Also while speaking to the store manager before confirming weather tire was there she insisted there were no tires delivered today are yesterday. This is a poor example of customer service and puts a bad stain on this establishment. I will not use this establishment in the future for service and will spread the word of the rudeness and nasty attitude that was given off by the so called employee store manager. What a total disgrace to the business and the public customers. My philosophy is if you don’t like your job quit but don’t take your rudeness out on the customers that you are supposed to be paid to serve with dignity and respect. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a supposed professional establishment. Store owner maybe you need to reevaluate the people that you have working in your establishment.

I would like to recognize Eddie at Mr. Tire for providing truly outstanding customer service. I brought my Jeep in because it was driving rough at speeds over 60 mph, even after recently having a wheel alignment and a new tire installed by another car repair provider. I initially thought the problem might require much more than a tire rotation, but Eddie took care of the issue and helped get my Jeep driving properly again. What impressed me just as much as the service itself was Eddie’s professionalism and dependability. He opened the store and made sure my scheduled appointment was honored, despite the fact that his manager had not shown up on time that morning. Instead of allowing that situation to negatively affect customers, Eddie stepped up, took responsibility, and represented Mr. Tire extremely well. Eddie is the type of employee you build a successful business around. I say that from the perspective of someone who has served as an investor, business owner, associate, executive, and manager during my career. Employees who demonstrate reliability, initiative, technical competence, and genuine concern for customers are extremely valuable. Eddie deserves recognition for his performance, leadership, and commitment to customer service. Mr. Tire is fortunate to have him representing the company.
