- ENElgin NewsomeSep 17, 20265.0"Five stars for Monkey Wrench!” I was dealing with a frustrating and failed AC system installation and wasn't sure how to get it resolved. The team at Monkey Wrench stepped in, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed it efficiently. Beyond their excellent technical skills, their communication and customer service were outstanding. They were polite, professional, and understood my problem and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It was a great experience and great to know that there are businesses that still takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction that money can’t buy. Thank you for the great experience!"
