Before bringing my vehicle in, I called **four separate times** to discuss the issues I was having: a coolant leak, a windshield wiper fluid leak, and my car shaking at speeds over 50 mph. Not once during any of those calls was I told there would be a **$270 diagnostic fee** just to look at the vehicle. I drove out there and wasted my morning only to be surprised with this charge upon arrival. Had I been informed upfront, I could have decided whether I wanted to move forward or go elsewhere. I'm not upset that a business charges for diagnostics if that's their policy—I'm upset because the fee was never disclosed despite multiple opportunities to tell me. Transparency matters, and customers deserve to know about significant charges before they take time off work or drive to your shop. Unfortunately, because of the lack of communication, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this shop.
