I highly recommend Mavis! They did an amazing job, and they did it quickly. My wife scheduled an appointment, we met there and dropped my car off, went to lunch, a few stores, and *90* minutes later they were done - just as promised. A four tire replacement and an alignment. The staff was super friendly and the prices were the best around. Don't go anywhere else but Mavis!

Took hubby’s truck to run errands and noticed his tires numbers kept changing on the dashboard symbols. I was getting paranoid that the tires might blow while driving. I decided to take the truck to Mavis. A very friendly welcome at the service desk. Roderick was so helpful and explained why tires increased in pressure in the heat, or it could be puncture or slow leaks. Very knowledgeable. I have learned something useful. The service was great. Knowledgeable. Friendly atmosphere. I highly recommended this place.

I took my vehicle to Mavis Tire on Waldo Beach Road for an oil change a few weeks ago. At first, I was impressed because I was in and out so quickly. Unfortunately, I later found out why. A short time after the service, I started hearing something scraping against the ground while driving. I took my car to a local mechanic, who informed me that most of the screws securing the underbody panel had never been reinstalled after the oil change. To make matters worse, one of the remaining bolts had been stripped, leaving the panel hanging down and scraping the road. This is basic work that should have been completed correctly, especially considering how expensive even a simple oil change has become. The mechanic’s opinion was that whoever performed the service was careless and simply didn’t take the time to put everything back together properly. Another red flag was that I paid for a full synthetic oil change, yet I was told I needed to come back in just two months for another oil change. That recommendation made no sense based on normal full synthetic oil change intervals and left me questioning whether they were trying to sell unnecessary services. I trusted this shop with my vehicle, and now I’m paying to fix mistakes that should never have happened. Between the missing hardware, the stripped bolt, and the questionable maintenance recommendations, I no longer trust this location and would not recommend it to others.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mavis Tires. Before visiting, I called and was told they could replace my tire and repair my rim. When I arrived, the front desk employee immediately stated that they do not repair rims and was dismissive when I explained that I had been told otherwise over the phone. He responded by saying he was not the customer service representative I had spoken with. I understand that miscommunications can happen, and I would have been fine if they simply could not perform the rim repair. My issue was with the lack of professionalism and customer service. Rather than offering assistance, the employee asked me to go to my vehicle and grab the tire and rim myself, and carry the heavy assembly into the building. At no point did he offer to come outside to inspect it or assist with bringing it in. The overall interaction felt rude and unwelcoming, as though helping customers was an inconvenience. While I appreciate that he did recommend a rim repair shop, the poor customer service overshadowed that gesture. I have no complaints about the representative I initially spoke with on the phone, but this location would greatly benefit from front desk staff who are more professional, courteous, and willing to assist customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE. A month and a half ago I went and got new tires on my 2011 Ford Expedition. Everything was fine then 3 days ago I noticed a bad vibration coming from the front drivers side tire . Two of the lug nut bolts broke off from them over tightening them. And i went back to have it fixed. They denied liability for it but I had them fix it anyway and today I was driving down 295 with my wife and 4 children and the drivers side front brake completely locked up. I asked them explicitly yesterday if there was anything else wrong or just the broken lug nut bolts and they said there was nothing else wrong with it. They looked it all over. Then charged me $59.99 to clean and adjust the brakes, and now im sitting here with my brake locked up . I called and they denied it was their fault again. It was $80 total I told them I want a refund and for them to pay the bill for the repairs, and they refused. The garage i took it to , to be repaired said Mavis didn't put the two brake caliper bolts back in it. So they just fell apart
