  Do not go here!!! I took my 2020 Jeep Compass here at the beginning of the year because my low beam buld went out. They made it seem like it was a difficult job to do and told me that one bulb with the labor would be around $338. I told them to go ahead and change it ,because I live in Raeford and drive to Smithfield for work. I need both of my headlights to see. Than I felt like I might as well have the driver side replaced also. They charged me $586 dollars for the labor and two bulbs. Also kept my vehicle for hours to do the job Me not knowing any better. I got RIPPED off. Last night while driving home from work, I noticed my passenger side bulb, went out AGAIN!! I found a place that replaced both of my bulbs for $80. Learned my lesson, and shame on this shop for taking advantage of me!!!!

  The ONLY reason. I give this 3 stars is because I waited for 12.5 minutes to talk to someone. I think he was in the bathroom taking a 💩. But I just needed a tire patch. They gave me 45-1hr. Called me exactly an hour later and it was done. Wasn't a patch but needed a valve stem. 40 bucks. Meh....

  Tire was low on air, the pump out from is broken so I asked if they could put air in tire. Serviced really quickly. Nice guys.

  The customer service was great from the start. A young man with mini dreads was very helpful. My tire light was still on after I got my car service at a previous tire shop due to a hole in my tire. So I decided to stop to the nearest tire shop near my home to make sure my tires were good and to put air in my tires to be on the safe side. The young man was nice enough to put air tires but he did show me how to set my vehicle settings to put it on calibrate so that way after I get my tire service the tire pressure message display in my vehicle settings will disappear. Overall, great customer service!! He helped me out a lot. It’s just the things like that from the smallest things to the biggest things to shows that customers are valued.

  UPDATE.. Went to pick up car after leaving overnight,, still untouched.. pretty disappointed.. i usually use discount tire but thought i would give them a shot... so i scheduled 11am tire purchase . we get there on time, and after an hour and a half of waiting they then tell me the tires were late and still waiting.so you make an appointment when you dont even have the tires in stock? . had i of known i would of just left it.. ended up leaving it only to just pick it up the next day... never had that problem at discount.. in and out..then they price front brakes only, at 800 dollars... no thanks.. i've tried mavis 3 times..not a good experience yet.. done
