I purchased a dump trailer from this location in May 2024 and I took into 5W trailers for a service because there was hydraulic fluid leaking from the pump. I then contacted Leonard and the assistant manager didn't seem to care much about my issue. However, after speaking to an assistant manager at the Raeford road location, and Trevor from 5W , they showed a whole lot more professionalism and concern. They took the time to explain that although I was just about two months outside of my warranty they would still contact the manufacturer and see if the would still replace it since it was so close. I not recommend dealing with the Bragg Blvd Leonard location, the attitude to customers is just not as friendly or helpful.

I recently went to Leonard’s for an installation of a Rhino Rack roof rack on my truck. The quoted estimate was a very fair price. The team experienced some unusual complications with the install, to no fault of their own, which significantly extended the install time. They remained determined to troubleshoot and finish the project as soon as possible. The manager went to great lengths to ensure the job was completed, and completed correctly; keeping me a top priority the whole time. I was informed of the progress every step of the way. Overall, though the job took longer than expected, I was extremely satisfied with their work, and their customer service and devotion to customer satisfaction far more than exceeded my expectations.
