  I purchased a dump trailer from this location in May 2024 and I took into 5W trailers for a service because there was hydraulic fluid leaking from the pump. I then contacted Leonard and the assistant manager didn't seem to care much about my issue. However, after speaking to an assistant manager at the Raeford road location, and Trevor from 5W , they showed a whole lot more professionalism and concern. They took the time to explain that although I was just about two months outside of my warranty they would still contact the manufacturer and see if the would still replace it since it was so close. I not recommend dealing with the Bragg Blvd Leonard location, the attitude to customers is just not as friendly or helpful.

  Outstanding service! They were able to deliver the rock I requested for my driveway all in one day and place it exactly where I asked. I cannot be happier and will not use any other truck company

  Marcus, Kennan, & the install team over at this Bragg Blvd location helped us out tremendously with the install of a rack system for a tech van. Quick, skillful and helpful. We had the van back on the road in less than 24 hrs. Thank Team !

  Recommended by a good friend who purchased a Tonneau cover. Very chill, professional staff. Helped me decide on which one I wanted to purchase, and was able to get it installed right then and there.
