  Went in for a battery change for one of our fleet cars. Now showing low voltage readings on the charging system. Wasn't prior…I opened the hood to make sure everything was connected. The battery is not fully seated in the battery compartment. The cover is not down, the negative terminal cover is off. The bracket holding down the battery is missing two bolts and is 2 inches up from the bolt that should be securing it. The brace missing the screws isn’t even tight you can turn the bolts by hand. The positive terminal cover will not snap close. It looks like they put in the wrong size battery. With it being a fleet vehicle this location has been the only one to service it since it was purchased new. See photos

  I recently visited this Jiffy Lube for an oil change and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was directed to pull my vehicle onto the ramp myself, which was a first for me at any Jiffy Lube location. After parking, I waited about 20 minutes for someone to come to the lobby to confirm the type of oil I wanted, or other services I needed, but no one ever approached me. I eventually went into the service bay after noticing the technicians seemed confused, which stated they were unsure how much oil my vehicle required. They mentioned they didn’t know if it took 9 quarts, per TJ computer system and a supervisor named Jordan told them to just go with what the system said. I returned to the lobby, and it took another 20 minutes or so before the service was completed. During checkout, the technician (Nick) appeared disengaged, was on his phone, and didn’t communicate or show any level of customer service—not even a simple “thank you.” When I asked how to leave a review, he said he didn’t know and told me to “try online.” To make matters worse, when I went to leave, my car was still running and locked. I had to ask Jordan for my keys, which were sitting at the front desk and should have been returned to me by the technician. Before leaving, I spoke with Jordan and explained my concerns. He apologized and asked for another chance to provide better service, which I appreciated—but overall, this was the poorest customer service experience I’ve had at this location or any Jiffy Lube. I hope management takes steps to improve communication, professionalism, and overall customer care.

  Great services and everyone at this location was very genuine, friendly and professional! I highly recommend this location, as this is my main spot for my oil changes! Thank you all and great work as always!

  59 for a oil change with your own oil & filter is insane.. I remember paying 30. No thank you. That's too much to twist a bolt & poor some fluid in. 5 stars for motivating me to do it myself.
