  Establishment was very unorganized and communication was terrible. Definitely gave me the run around the 7 weeks my car was there and didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Would not recommend.

  I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for thete quality (good as new) look and finish of my vehicle. They took almost 10 days to order, repair, and pant my Rav4. This shows the integrity of this shop. My car now looks almost brand new with the replaced rear bumper. 💯%

  ​There is a massive disconnect between the Gerber brand and the gatekeeping I experienced today. I arrived ready to pay for significant repairs out of pocket, only to be told my money isn't good enough without an insurance middleman. ​It’s a bizarre state of affairs when a business refuses a high-margin, direct-pay client because they’ve become too dependent on claim numbers to function. By refusing to even provide an estimate, you didn't just lose a repair—you lost a loyal customer to your own internal bureaucracy. ​Frankly, it was insulting to be treated like I needed "parental permission" to manage my own affairs as a financially capable adult choosing to handle my own expenses, yet the staff treated my request as if it were a technical impossibility. It’s a bad look for a business when you’re so tangled in red tape that you've forgotten how to actually serve a self-sufficient customer. ​You managed to turn a returning customer of Gerber into a vocal critic today because you’ve forgotten you're in the business of fixing cars, not just processing paperwork. Your loss. ​I will be contacting Gerber Collision Corporate to file a formal complaint regarding the management and business practices at this location. Leadership needs to know that this branch is representing the brand as a rigid bureaucracy that turns away profitable business. I expect a company of this caliber to value service over administrative convenience, and I’ll be making sure the corporate office knows how spectacularly this location is failing that standard.
