  "Using "boss man" with a customer is highly unprofessional and can easily be interpreted as rude, sarcastic, or overly familiar. Customers expect respectful, clear, and professional service. The phrase "boss man" is frequently deployed as a shortcut by individuals who choose not to invest the effort required for professional communication. When used this way, it serves as both a lazy verbal filler and a tool for social disgrace." If you want repeated verbal harassment, racial bias, and complete lack of professionalism experience Enterprise Rent-A-Car Cliffdale Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina this is the location. As a retired military veteran and a dedicated USAA Insurance member of 38 years. A claim was filed for my vehicle with USAA which referred me to Enterprise. Instead of receiving standard customer service, I was subjected to degrading and racially offensive treatment on two separate occasions. Upon entering the facility on August 11, 2026, I was immediately greeted by an employee with the racially charged, degrading phrase, “What can I do for you boss man.” I immediately corrected the employee and stated that his attitude was unprofessional, offensive, and unacceptable. He completely disregarded my request and continued the behavior. Due to his demeanor and a lack of vehicles the transaction could not be completed. On August 25, 2026 I returned to Enterprise and the exact same employee chose to double down on his harassment. He deliberately repeated the offensive actions as another customer was seated in the office. Again, when I asked him to stop, he acted as if I was unworthy and a complete joke. The actions entirely disrespected me in the presence of another customer. He acted with total disregard for customer service, operating under a false sense of absolute job security. This employee’s behavior constitutes targeted, hostile harassment that directly reflects management lack of poor supervision. As a 38-year member of USAA and a military veteran, I refuse to tolerate being degraded by a pencil pushing employee lack of unprofessional skills.
