  We had a 15 passenger van scheduled for rental 6 months prior to the event. When we got there, there was no van and no help. They claimed they tried calling but we chdcked the phone was correct, no call no email either. They were rude and non apologetic. Had to cancel our trip. Terrible place.

  Effortless experience with my recent rental! This location is well located, efficiently maintained, and managed by outstanding staff! Sergio was a huge help in getting me set up and going over everything I needed to know about the minivan I picked up. He was also there to receive it at drop off and kept everything seamless with great service!

  So my husband and I went three weeks ago to rent a car, he called before hand to make sure that the mini van we selected was still available, we were told it was, we went and it was no longer available and we were told that we could get a Ford 150…..and that was a no go with 2 kids, me being pregnant and the gas prices. We went back today to give them a second chance, we had a reservation and called before hand and once we got there the branch manager, Derek said he would not rent to my husband because of his google review…….and that it was up to his discretion to rent to him or not. I understand we don’t need to be his customers, what I don’t like is that they once again took our reservation and fees.

  This particular location, which is the Cliffdale and skibo, has been superb with their customer service and smooth transaction since day one. We have many Enterprise locations here but my go to is this location. Keep up the good work, don’t ever change the business rhythm at that location because it’s definitely working. To the gentleman that helped me that day phenomenal personality, I totally forgot his name, but he was just filling in that week, and to the other gentleman who I believe is manager again I’m bad with names but for giving me options that day with the rentals shows amazing customer service and taking care of your customers no matter what comes up. Thank you always!!!
