Laurinburg and Fayetteville locations are very helpful. Ask for Kat in Laurinburg and ask for Mike in Fayetteville.

I took my sister to this location around 8am-8:30 the gentleman that she spoke with was a light skin gentleman i believe he had curly hair or something my sister went to get a rental they told her nothing would be available until 2 that afternoon. So she said she would try another location tell me why this man put out a company wide thing to not let her get a rental because when we went to another location they said this location called them and told them not to rent for her because she was getting the car for me which is false i have a car i have my own car a 2026 Honda to be exact i don’t need a rental. I was driving her around to get her a rental because she needed one they lied and made assumptions on her and was biased and discriminated against us like it’s really messed up and disgusting you can pull up her account she was renting from yall for months but just want to make people aware if you’re in need of a rental go inside by yourself so they don’t assume you’re renting for someone else. Just dumb. I will be contacting corporate and just so they know everything was recorded. Just in case they try to lie. It’s unacceptable
