  If I could give this location a zero, I would. If you have an important event in your life and need a car, do not go here! Even if you have a confirmation number, it means NOTHING. Last year I rented a car for my grandson's 9th birthday, only to be called the day before to say they did not have a car, even with my reservation. Again, rented a car for a medical procedure 2 hours away from my home, even with a confirmation number, was called late afternoon the day before to say they did not have a car. Save yourself stress, money, and great disappointment and go else where. I'm writing to the mayor to see why we only have this car rental in Fayetteville as a choice!

  I had a fantastic experience at this Enterprise location following a recent rear-end collision. My insurance provider arranged for a rental here, and the service was exceptional. Sergio was particularly helpful, ensuring all my documentation was in order. He also provided invaluable advice regarding my coverage; when he noticed the insurance company was authorizing an intermediate vehicle despite my personal car being full-sized, he encouraged me to contact them to request a comparable upgrade. Additionally, Imani was a pleasure to work with. She provided a courtesy shuttle back to my residence after I returned the vehicle, and we had an engaging conversation during the drive. I highly recommend this location and would certainly rent from them again.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Fayetteville, NC location (1998 Skibo Rd). I made this reservation on March 10th, well in advance, and even adjusted my pickup time to 5:30 PM through the app. However, when I arrived, there were no vehicles available. The employee who assisted me, Imani Whitaker, Assistant Branch Manager, offered no solutions — no nearby locations, no transfer, no upgrade or downgrade, and no rescheduling option. The voicemail left by the office never mentioned a lack of vehicles; it only confirmed the pickup time and the $300 deposit. As a loyal customer for over 5 years, this was extremely disappointing. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, and I felt uncomfortable as a Spanish speaker. I had to resolve the situation on my own by finding another location.

  The car was too small.It smelt like Marijuana. They said I needed to pay a $50 deposit. They added and took back so much money I'm not sure if I even got my $50 back and I only authorized them to take the $50 out. There must be alot of incompetence going on in this particular site. Ive used other sites in Fayetteville but did not have these issues. Maybe they were trying to get over on Carmax but I feel I was the one that got, got. Carmax scheduled the rental for me, but I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
