  I've had to come to enterprise 4 times for work rentals, and everytime I visit this location, it's a great experience. This is the best location in Fayetteville, hands down. They have a large number of vehicles, which makes finding something easy. But JP and Ashley truly go above and beyond with their customer service. If any issues come up it's not a problem, they just work to resolve it. If you're in town and need a vehicle, these are your guys!

  I had the worst experience booking a rental at this location. I want to make it clear that I am not saying Enterprise as a whole is bad, but my experience at this particular location, especially with one employee, was extremely frustrating. My insurance company booked a rental for me, but I still had to wait several hours before I could get a vehicle. The employee asked me for a “declaration document.” I wasn’t familiar with the document, so I gave him access to my insurance app. He downloaded the document himself and emailed it to the insurance company regarding the liability coverage for my rental. I already had liability coverage through my insurance and had maintained the same coverage for years. However, I was still told to wait for the insurance company to respond. After several hours with no response, he told me I needed to pay for two days of rental insurance and said I would be reimbursed once my insurance approved the coverage. I was also told that I would ultimately be charged nothing. I paid and left with the vehicle. I was originally supposed to receive an SUV, but they did not have one available. I was told to take a compact vehicle and that they would call me later that evening, or the next day, when an SUV became available. I never received a call. I had to return and ask about it myself over the next several days. Every time, I was told they would call me later that day or the next day. After about a week, I stopped asking because it was clear I was not going to receive the promised follow-up. Now I have received a partial rental reimbursement, but I was still charged for the liability coverage. I called the employee today to ask about it. He told me that the insurance document I provided did not show liability coverage at the time of the rental. That does not make sense because I have had the same liability coverage for years. When I asked why I was charged for liability coverage in the first place if I already had insurance, he told me that I had said I did not have coverage. I have no reason to say that when I already had coverage. I asked how I had liability for the rest of the period but not the 1st 2days he charged me for? He had no answer. He personally accessed my insurance app, downloaded the declaration document, and sent it to the insurance company, so the coverage information was available to him. He now says the rental has been closed and there is nothing he can do about the charge. I asked if I could speak with someone else. He told me they were very busy and someone would call me later that afternoon. By the way, I called early morning at 0900 and they had whole day but Once again, I never received a call. I have been patient throughout this entire process, but the lack of communication, repeated excuses, and the way the customer was handled have been extremely frustrating. I would not want to deal with this employee again. I don’t wanna call his name in public. I hope management looks into what happened because this experience could have been handled much more professionally. I have not yet received my money.

  Trash. Won’t be renting from the entire franchise or any of its partners anymore. Go to any other enterprise but this one if you absolutely have to. The workers are not knowledgeable, underwhelming selection, and extremely expensive. They’re also scammers and liars (the recovery department), $240 (originally $170 something before the “additional fees”) for the back panel piece of a side view mirror. Get real.
