    Very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I booked a premium SUV weeks in advance and made multiple efforts to confirm my reservation beforehand. I spoke with Ashley, the branch manager, over the phone a week prior, and I even stopped by the day before my reservation to confirm the exact vehicle with Jai/Ty. Both times I was reassured that the vehicle I reserved would be available. However, when I arrived for pickup, I was told they did not have the premium SUV I booked. This was especially frustrating after being repeatedly assured everything was confirmed. Better communication and reservation management is definitely needed, because customers should be able to rely on reservations that were confirmed multiple times

    Last week Hendricks Jeep covered a rental for me while my Jeep was in the shop. Ashley the manager was the person I originally worked with. SHE WAS AWESOME. I went in yesterday to gain clarity as to why I was charged $190, the "fill in manager/lead" was so rude! Ashley was off so I had to talk to someone else. I'm not sure of her name but it was the shorter Hispanic looking girl. When I asked questions, she could not answer any of them which frustrated me further because how are you in a position of "leadership" and lack the ability and knowledge to do your job. I explained to her that if she couldn't explain the charges, I would have to dispute the charges with Navy Federal Credit card solutions (which is something I did not want to do). She blew me off, shrugged her shoulders and gave me a print out. I left out and came back in a few seconds later to get a next level managers number since she clearly could not and did not want to help! Eric (who is also VERY nice and helpful btw) said he would give me a number and she snapped at him (while on the phone with a customer) and told him "you do not have a number to give her and you don't give out Tasia's number". I do not know what number he was going to give me, but the tone and aggression in which she spoke to him was absolutely uncalled for. As I was leaving the second time she was yelling out the door "have a great day, have a blessed day" in the most taunting and condescending tone. You never know what someone is going through or what's going on in someone's head. Especially in this military town with a lot of us being Disabled Vets, like myself. I say that to say, if I would have snapped back and gave her the reaction she was begging for, I would have been the bad guy. I left the store and actually got in touch with Martasia myself and explained to her what was going on. She too was very nice and helpful. I have been in Dentistry for over a decade and I have NEVER in my life treated a patient like that no matter how irritated they have made me, and believe me, the irritation is real in Dentistry. However, I choose my career just like she did. I'm not sure what type of training that particular staff was given but it definitely was not the same as the rest of the staff. She is the bad apple and she needs to find a different career field.

    I should have read the reviews before making a reservation. To make a reservation in advance for a large suv and be offered a sedan is unacceptable. If you do not have vehicles available you need to have those selections as sold out and stop wasting people's time. I also stated to cancel the reservation she said she would but never did I had to cancel it myself. I am not going to be considered a no show for a reservation when the vehicle class i reserved wasn't available and neither were the next 2 classes below. You can literally block class types to not waste people's time.
