Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Fayetteville Regional Airport (FAY) in North Carolina is a convenient and dependable option, especially for military travelers visiting Fayetteville, Spring Lake, and the greater Fort Bragg military community. The airport location makes picking up and returning a rental vehicle relatively straightforward, particularly for travelers arriving after a long flight. Enterprise offers a solid selection of vehicles, competitive rental options, and the convenience of having transportation readily available upon arrival. Customer service is especially important in the rental car business, and professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication can make all the difference in creating a positive customer experience. While there is always room for improvement in vehicle availability, processing efficiency, and the overall rental experience, Enterprise remains a solid transportation option for both business and leisure travelers. My overall assessment is four stars! A reliable and convenient choice for visitors to the Fayetteville area, particularly military personnel, veterans, and families traveling to and from Fort Bragg. They also stay open later for delayed or evening flights into the area.

The man at this location Gabriel was so mean to me. When I first got there I said why when I order a rental yall never have what I ordered. He said oh yeah well that's a scam. I was like what? You are calling your company a scam and he said yes. So I was standing there waiting for the vehicle to get ready and didn't say a word and he looked at me and said if you're going to be disgruntled then we are not giving you a car.. I was dumbfounded and said what are you talking about? I hadn't said a word. Was just waiting for vehicle. Then after being so mean and rude to me I got the managers card from another employee and asked for their names. Well about 15 minutes later the first guy Gabriel came and told me that since I got the managers card and his name, he was not going to rent the car to me anymore.! Idk what's going on.. he was nice to every man that came after me. So I don't know.. maybe he just hates women but he was so rude and mean to me that I just cried the whole way home. DO NOT recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else.

Their website confirmed a reservation but when I got there , no cars for me. They said it required 48 hours. That restriction was not on the website. In fact, it sent me an email confirming. So they know how to make a reservation they just don't know how to hold a reservation.

Worst place to rent a truck. My company reserve this truck from this location. Came to pick it up. Walking in the truck smells heavy cigarettes, and dirty. Someone’s hat left inside
