They keep it moving handling check in while also handling checkouts and not missing a beat on the customer service during both. Ensuring everyone was happy with services. When the car i rented wasnt available they quickly stepped up to make sure I was put in a vehicle id be happy in. They did forget to tell me it was a spaceship prior to sending me off 😂😂. I figured it out and enjoyed my rental. Will return to this location for the foreseeable future rentals.
- BABobbie AndrewsMay 14, 20261.0reserved an SUV two weeks prior to trip. When I got there they only had a 15 passenger van which is extremely uncomfortable for a 10 hour drive. Told me another location had them in stock and to go to said location to switch it out which is an hour away. Thank god I called to verify that they had something in stock because they didn’t have anything. TERRIBLE. Will not use again!! I also called the 800 number and was promised a call back. After 3 attempts nobody has still called me back.
