  Worst place to rent a truck. My company reserve this truck from this location. Came to pick it up. Walking in the truck smells heavy cigarettes, and dirty. Someone’s hat left inside

  Everything was really good. Great customer service, easy check-in and check-out procedures, and the vehicle was what I reserved. Just a caution...make sure you review/itemize your receipt when you get it. They charged me for fuel. I topped the gas off before I returned it, and I made sure I took a picture of the fuel and mileage. I called the help desk, told them my issue, let them know I had a picture of the gas/mileage and they were able to remove it.

  The Fayetteville Regional did not have the car I reserved on the app, so I had to settle with an option that was so much larger which used more gas. My original reserved a luxury midsize car. After receiving the keys I was told the wrong location where the car was parked. I also had to wait an extended period of time for a car I reserved days in advance. The clerk was kind and apologetic but that didn’t solve my issues; however, THE SERVICE IN CLT(Charlotte airport) gave me a better understanding of what excellent customer service means. The clerk, Kiera, defined ABOVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She was friendly, professional, personable, and helpful. Kiera assisted in such a manner that I was totally impressed, attention to details and working vigorously to accommodate the customer. She gave very thorough info so I could navigate to the terminal for my flight, not hurriedly but with patience. The excellent service she provided is the reason I will use Enterprise again. I’m a frequent user of rental services, and have used Enterprise for years so it was disappointing for my pickup experience in Fayetteville on Monday, July 13 but drop off in Charlotte on Tuesday, July 14 was one of the best experience I’ve had and that was because of the way Kiera epitomized BEYOND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
