  Everyone was very professional very helpful and my process was fast and speedy. The employee named Josh was awesome got me into my rental in less than 10 minutes ! He deserves a raise he has helped me twice in one month each time the experience is great ! His customer service is over the top !

  Rented a car from this location this past weekend and the service here is phenomenal. They made it super easy for me. Roman is very personable and provided exceptional customer service and I will be using this location again in the future! The whole team was great!

  I want to publicly thank CJ for his kindness on Thursday evening for his assistance at BJ's. I'm currently using crutches and when CJ saw me attempting to pump my gas, he left his vehicle to assist me. As an Enterprise customer, this means a lot because no one, has offered to assist me when I get gas at other stations. CJ exemplified good customer service outside of his work and that makes him special in my book and a gentleman. Thank you! Treat him well Enterprise!

  My pickup time for the rental was scheduled for 8:30 AM. Unfortunately, I did not receive the rental vehicle until approximately 10:30 AM, and the vehicle I received was not one of my choosing. As a result of the delay, I was put at risk of being late for a very important appointment. That said, I want to sincerely acknowledge and commend the Enterprise staff for how they handled the situation. They worked diligently to get me a vehicle and repeatedly apologized for any inconvenience the delay may have caused me. Throughout the entire situation, they remained thoughtful, professional, solution-driven, kind, and empathetic. Despite the circumstances and the pressure they were under, they continued to treat me with patience, respect, and genuine concern. For that, I am truly grateful and humbled. I honestly could not have asked for a more professional staff—under pressure—if I had personally hired them myself.

  The Raeford ROAD location staff very professional. Manager on duty the day i picked up Taijae very professional. I changed my location picked to Raeford ROAD after being lied to at the Camden ROAD location this wasn't my first time getting a rental and I've always used Camden ROAD because it's only 5 minutes from my house however after I booked my rental online and arrived to the location the customer rep decided he would lie to me and say the rental prices doubled I asked him why and he had no decent explanation. I declined the rental and setup a new one at Raeford rd location getting the same amount as the first rental went in to pick up there was no price changes. Service was professional and honest. Thank You for simply doing your job honestly.
