  Great service. I appreciate the Rep -David for taking the time to show me a different vehicle, as I was considering a bigger one. However, in the end, I kept the Nissan Pathfinder, which was nice and clean with less than 5k.

  First time renting from this location and I had the best customer experience! They had me in and out at both pick up and return. My car was clean and everything was explained clearly. The two guys with the locs and also the girl with the brown locs were extremely helpful and made me laugh. I will def be returning here to rent. Keep that customer service up! Those guys and gal deserve a raise! You don’t see customer service like that anymore!

  Had issues with previous rental, but this location here had a replacement when all other locations had zero on their lot. Very friendly staff and super easy process to exchange vehicles. Awesome spot! Cj was super accommodating!

  I have nothing but gratitude for the staff of Fayetteville, NC Raeford Road Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This was my second time renting a vehicle while my personal vehicle was being repaired. From the brief wait to be transported to drop off my vehicle for repair, to the return trip to pick up my vehicle, courtesy of Enterprise, I was impressed. I only know of my experience with this particular Enterprise and would not hesitate should I need to rent a car again in the future. To the young lady who drove me back to my waiting vehicle, thank you ever so much for your customer service. Much appreciated.

  CJ and the team at the Raeford Rd location were phenomenal! I didn't have any issues getting in and out and on my way! CJ and I seemed to both be having rough days on the day I had to pickup, but he and his team were awesome and had us smiling by the time we left! (Which is saying a lot, considering the whole process was maybe 10 minutes!) My drop off was just as easy, fast and efficient! I didn't catch the woman's name, unfortunately, but she was also friendly and amazing herself! I truly appreciate the efforts of this team, and they certainly deserve a raise! Customer service was an A++! I'll definitely be back! My sincere thanks goes out to the team that made a difficult situation an easy one. 💜
