- DODante Oops3 days ago1.0After they give me a stinky dirty truck that smells cigar now they tell me that they don’t have any other truck (however, they do have a couple and I can see in back). I didn’t inspect the truck before I rented it. I thought just like any other enterprise this truck is going to be clean and ready to go. I was wrong. I had to call roadside assistance for them to find a different location to exchange my truck.

- HJH.L. JessupAug 15, 20265.0Fayetteville Raeford Road Enterprise: My reservation pickup was available as promised. The gentleman that checked me in was proficient and very friendly. My return was an easy check in with the same kind of customer service. I must also comment that the Enterprise in Hope Mills, NC treated me just the opposite. I guess this was the female manager that was on duty that came to the counter to assist and told me that since my address was so far out that I had to pay upfront with my personal credit card and not just the $50 hold fee. I explained that this is an insurance rental and the adjuster said that I could go to any Enterprise except those at an airports. She said it didn’t matter and I must pay by my personal card. This is when I called the corporate number and asked for the Fayetteville, NC Enterprise on Raeford Rd. So glad that I did. The other Hope Mills, NC Enterprise needs to be investigated into of this type of service being offered to customers concerning their address and not honoring an insurance rental.
