    We TRIED to rent a suv. Had everything booked and 5 minutes before our reservation.(5:30 and they closed at 6) Told us someone got in an accident and they had been looking since 1:00pm for something else . Which they could have let us know so we could make accommodations. Literally needed a 6 seater and there was no suv that could accommodate our party. So our trip is ruined before 4th of July.

    You can book a third row suv online come to this location and leave in a small compact car, instead, that's either smoked out or left with dog and cat hair, they don't clean them cars thoroughly and they don't give you what you want which defeats the purpose of even booking online if they just gonna choose!

    Terrible service. Made reservation for specific vehicle class in April, months ahead. The day before I get a phone call saying they don’t have the vehicle and won’t be getting it and I can call around to see if another location has one. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Lack of care and customer service. Ruined a trip I had planned, costing me to lose money on non refundable hotel.

    Great experience with Enterprises. Chris was very professional, understood our needs, and was very helpful and organized. The other gentleman was also professional. Would recommend trying this location first! Thanks Again Enterprise.
