  Do not rent from this location! The service is horrible and the staff is rude and condescending. I booked for a compact car online for a week but when I got to the location they didn’t have any available. I never received a phone call stating that they didn’t have a car available. They did offer a more expensive vehicle however it was way out of my price range but I was so desperate that I had to settle. Instead of renting a compact car for 7 days for $300 I had to rent a car for two days for $300. I was told no other locations had any compact vehicles. They were not very accommodating.

  We recently rented a Wagoneer from here. The two gentlemen at the counter were very professional and helpful. We would definitely recommend this location

  The store was clean, quick service and staff was beyond friendly and helpful especially Adejuwon Balogun.

  can’t speak for the Enterprise Corporation as a whole, but I would strongly recommend avoiding this particular location. I made a reservation two weeks in advance for today and was getting ready to go pick up my vehicle when I was told they no longer had the vehicle I reserved. I was then told that if I still wanted a vehicle, I would have to pay a higher markup price. They claimed they had tried to call me to let me know that my reservation was no longer valid, but the phone number they gave me was completely unrelated. What makes it even more frustrating is that they somehow knew it was me when I answered the phone. If my reservation was cancelled or the vehicle was no longer available, I should have been properly notified before the day of pickup, especially after making the reservation two weeks in advance. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.

  When I picked up the car I could smell a hint of cigarette smell in the car. I brought it up and they just sprayed it a bit and sent me on my way. The next day while I was driving the smell fully emerged and it was all my family and I could smell. It was worse because the bit of spraying they did before I saw the car had worn off plus the bit of spray they did when I was checking it at pick up. I also ended up finding old trash and food in some of the seat pockets in the car. Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car.
