- NNNypana12 days ago5.0Great Experience and Excellent Customer Service! Jordan Kendrick was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to address all my concerns and went above and beyond by making sure my daughter got her chain after I accidentally left it in the car. I truly appreciate his honesty and extra effort. The other employees were also friendly, professional, and took their time to ensure I was well taken care of. Overall, this location provided excellent customer service, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend this location!
- GFgeorge fordOct 1, 20261.0- 0 all I can say is if there is a better option seek it . The threats, lack of concern for customers, stealing money from our bank account and the fact no one wanted to help after numerous calls. They only got a 1 because you are required to post a review
- SJSarah JayneSep 29, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if able the manager Ram (?) was very rude when talking to me on the phone as I tried to figure out what was going on with an accident claim to receive a vehicle belittled me because i didnt understand why they couldnt rent the vehicle to me. The only exception was a nice employee Jordan that i briefly spoke to.
- TBTenika BrantleySep 29, 20265.0The service was great, accommodating and informative.
- WBWytondra BelcherSep 3, 20261.0Do not rent from this location! The service is horrible and the staff is rude and condescending. I booked for a compact car online for a week but when I got to the location they didn’t have any available. I never received a phone call stating that they didn’t have a car available. They did offer a more expensive vehicle however it was way out of my price range but I was so desperate that I had to settle. Instead of renting a compact car for 7 days for $300 I had to rent a car for two days for $300. I was told no other locations had any compact vehicles. They were not very accommodating.
