  I was told multiple dates by State Farm and Enterprise on my rental return date. I know things are suspectable to change so I do my due diligence. Being responsible I reached out and communicated to both parties. Enterprise told me, Monday the 4th, I had until the 10th. I get called Tuesday like I stole the car so I brought it in immediately. I am being held accountable by both parties who supposedly have a professional relationship with each other but lack distinguishing clarity to their customers. Both parties have no problem in telling me what they can't do and what's not their job but neither have actually told me what they can do. Instead of either party being accountable they have repeatedly shown me that it's not their problem and that they don't care. Just keep the money flowing right? I have used enterprise for decades but dealing with the ladies involved in this matter have really changed my perspective about a lot. I'm wrong? Miss my business!

  Do not rent from the Camden road location. This location use to be the best year's ago but now they are unprofessional and unorganized . They let you reserve vehicles online but once you arrive to pick up the vehicle you reserved online it's not avaliable and they want to up charge you for what's available. Let me not forget to warn you that customer service is awful some staff is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They have no quality in customer service as other locations do. We will not use this location again. I'm seeing a lot of responses that suppose to be feedback from the (owner) of this Camden road location but if this is truly the owner of this Camden road location that suppose to be so concerned about the CUSTOMERS then why hasn't it been a CHANGE for your CUSTOMERS???? Why is there still so many negative reviews about this location???? Obviously NOTHING is being done about the CUSTOMERS CONCERNS!!!! Take your business where you will be valued as a Customer and not just a meal ticket because being valued at this Camden road location is certainly NOT AVAILABLE!!!! This is a real review. I don't usually leave unfavorable reviews for any company. I usually suck up whatever disappointment that I experience with a company but this company right here was RIDICULOUS!!!!

  Predatory behavior and zero accountability. I arrived to pick up a car I’d already paid for through Chase Travel. They didn’t have it and tried to shake me down for an additional $360 plus a $300 deposit just to get a different vehicle. When I told them I couldn't afford the extra cost and that my family was now stranded, the manager was incredibly hostile. He told me it was "my problem" and ordered me and my family to leave the building. They refused to give me any paperwork or a cancellation receipt, clearly trying to avoid a paper trail of their failure to honor my reservation. They knowingly left a father, mother, and children on the side of the road because we wouldn't pay their "unauthorized upgrade" fee. Completely unethical. Stay far away from this Camden Rd location.

  Will not be returning. This location Tried to make an optional charge mandatory which would have cost me hundreds of dollars over the duration of my rental and delayed the receipt of my insurance claim rental.

  I have used Enterprise for many times, for years, in the past for a multitude of vehicles I have insured through USAA and I never was told that I had to pay extra for a car rental until it came to this location. I called my adjuster and told her the experience this location was giving me and she said that this was a first for her. I had her switch locations for me because this location is shady. Do not do business with this location. There are other locations that won't do this kind of shady business to us veterans.
