  Reserved a truck online a week ago. Check in 24hr early and everything. I showed up at 3:45 do find the doors locked despite posted sign saying 430 close time. Not that they would be even to rent my my reserved vehicle since there was only a single SUV in the lot

  The customer service was horrible. The guy that works the desk was nice, but they leave the desk early and don’t show up to work on time. I went to go turn the car in and waited an hour for someone to show up (it’s on camera because this location has cameras at the front door). No one showed up, nor was anyone answering the contact number that was placed on the front door for customers to call because the “front desk worker was out helping another customer” supposedly. This same sheet of paper also directs customers to leave there cars if they are dropping off and put the keys in a drop box. I looked around the building for a drop box like an idiot that doesn’t even exist because it was stolen according to the front desk worker (I didn’t find this out until the next day after asking). I’m having a very hard time wondering why this location is putting up flyers/papers that tell me as the customer what to do if no one is at the desk when no one answers the phone even when the paper instructs you to do so, as well as telling people to put keys in a drop box that doesn’t exist. It takes 5 minutes or less to re-do a new instruction sheet with correct information to be printed on a door that won’t misguide customers. I came back the next morning right when they opened at 8:30am, and again, no one was there. So not only do the workers here leave work more than an hour early and don’t answer the phone that’s supposed to be forwarded to their lines, they also don’t come to work on time. I just went to work, and received a phone call at approximately 8:55am about the car being there and the worker not seeing the keys. When I mentioned that I was there at 8:30am, the worker made no remark about being late to work. I ended up bringing the keys in at about noon during my lunch. The worker was nice but I can’t support the lack of customer service. I like enterprise but I will never come to this location again!

  Avoid. Don't use their insurance. They are slow to return the deductible.
