- PDPixie DentonAug 24, 20231.0This place is a JOKE!! Scheduled a car rental a week in advance, they call me 2 days before to confirm my 9 am pick up and let me know my total. Morning of trip, they call me 15 minutes before I go to pick up the car saying there won't be anyone at work until about 9:30 or 10:00, that it's a small office so no one is there all day but they are trying to get someone to come in now. I have a funeral to be at in 7 hours, it's a 5.5 hour drive and now I'll be late. If you have plans and need something in stone, I'd go somewhere else, this place doesn't care at all. I'll never advise anyone go here, get a greyhound, at least you can rely on them😡😡😡
- TMTermaine MasonDec 9, 20221.0Daria Hill (Last name as the branch manager) as she likes to repeat as of it makes a difference is really passive aggressive, unbothered & uninterested in customer. This location has the lowest rates in Fayetteville, now I can see why I should have paid the higher rates on skibo, cliffdale or at the airport.
