  Me and my husband have been renting a car from here for a year and five months. Which has been a strain in itself, but after today, I will never use them again. I’ll give you a call later. No I’m not gonna say it was all their fault because we were a little late on the payment which has never been a problem in the past. We’ve actually been a lot later and owed way more and they’ve worked with us because of how long we’ve been renting from them? But I guess today Adam decided that our business isn’t good enough anymore. We called them twice to check the amount due and to see how much it would be for another week. They gave us the price. we had actually called twice today. They never gave us any indication or anything was wrong today. When we get up there they tell us they can’t rent us a car anymore. The corporate won’t let them. They could’ve told us that on the phone so we could add someone follow us up there but instead we had to sit outside and wait for 45 minutes for someone to come get us with it over 100° today so I called corporate before I even leave there. They said they had no clue so Adam lied and just decided that our business wasn’t good enough. Honestly I feel like it’s because we’re white but I’m not gonna go there. This is the first time we had an issue a couple months ago we had a death in the family, and Mr. Rodney wants to be a smart a. It says I’m sorry Mr. life happens because we couldn’t come up there right then but it’s OK for us to go get their cars oil changed because they don’t have another card to put us in and still have to pay full price a year and five months and you’re just gonna turn us away just because you’re having a bad day. What a great business man you got there.. I wish I could give it zero stars.
