During what was supposed to be one of the most important moments in my life—my daughter’s graduation for her first degree—I was faced with a very stressful and unexpected situation when I received a call that all of the vans had been recalled. I was overwhelmed and honestly didn’t know what to do. Alexius stepped in and completely changed that experience. She showed genuine care, patience, and empathy from the very beginning.
