  I have officially decided to stop renting vehicles from Enterprise. While I have experienced service issues in the past, my most recent reservation was the final straw. I reserved a large SUV nearly a month in advance for a family vacation, only to be notified two hours before my scheduled pickup that no SUVs were available. This left me scrambling at the last minute to find alternative transportation for my family. Unfortunately, the staff at the Cliffdale location provided little assistance in resolving the situation. No effort was made to locate a vehicle at another location, and when I contacted corporate customer service, I was assured someone would follow up with me. That call never came. Thankfully, a manager at the airport from a different rental company stepped in and helped me secure a vehicle. I was fortunate, as large SUVs typically require at least 24 hours' notice for availability. My biggest concern is the lack of transparency and communication. If vehicles are unavailable, the reservation system should accurately reflect inventory levels. At a minimum, customers should be notified well in advance, ideally 72 hours before pickup if a reserved vehicle cannot be honored. Reservations should create confidence, not uncertainty. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that expectation.

  I had an amazing experience buying my Nissan, and I cannot recommend Savon enough! I walked in explaining exactly what I needed and how urgent my situation was, and he went above and beyond to help me get even more than I expected. I was honestly shocked by how fast and smooth the entire process was. I came in around 7 PM fully expecting I’d have to come back the next day, but I was completely finished and out by 8:30 PM! Savon was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough throughout everything. I even wanted to do a test drive late in the evening, close to closing time, and he never once made me feel rushed or inconvenient. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. I even told him before I left that I would make sure to recommend him because he did such a great job, and I absolutely meant it. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will work hard for you, I highly recommend asking for Savon. I would absolutely come back to him again!
