  Joe and Melvin offered me great service! I came in to get a new battery and alternator, and I was having issues finding a relatively cheap place to replace the alternator. Both of them called a list of places for me to find me my best option. Thanks to the both of them, I don’t have to spend an insane amount of money to get it replaced. Additionally, I went to the place they suggested and they even offered to bring my part directly here (it was only available at a different autozone, so they had someone pick it up and bring it to the place that is replacing the part). They were so kind and generous, and I will definitely be back if I ever have any other car issues.

  I want to tell you all about the A-1 service that I got from Beth. An associate at the store on Murchison Rd. I am newly divorced and I didn't know some things people might call basic about my car. I called and got Beth. Not only was she patient with me and listened to my whoas but she also gave me the information and some. I didn't feel like a "know nothing " "can't put air in my tires" "can't survive without my husband " kind of woman. After speaking with Beth I felt empowered. And she invited me to come to the store and she would show me how to do certain things. Like put air in my tire properly. Yes, you heard me. That was the reason for my call and Beth didn't belittle me, judge me w, nor make me feel dumb. So fast forward and I am standing here today because my battery died. She helped me find the right one, she answered all of my questions, even when I repeated them AND she replaced it! The time I took to write this review

  First woman was too busy with her phone she sold me the WRONG headlight, went back and two DIFFERENT people did sell the correct one but now I’ve wasted $20 due to the first one
