Went in today because my battery kept dying and couldn’t figure out why. Thomas the sales manager was absolutely awesome. Not only was he able to find the issue and fix it, but he did so while juggling the influx of other customers all at once. I truly believe no other mechanic would have been able to see the issue he did and fix it right on the spot because it was so minor. He has great knack for patience and customer service. He was truly awesome and I will be coming back because of him. He deserves recognition. Store 1063

I had a very disappointing experience with Anna during my recent visit. I specifically asked for grease and a grease gun, but she provided me with a suction gun instead, which is a completely different tool and not what I needed for my repair. When I returned to exchange the item, Anna ( or similar) was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she laughed and implied the mistake was my fault, even stating she did not know whether it was the correct part. This response was frustrating and did not reflect good customer service. I have never had any issues with the AutoZone on Fayetteville Road or the one in Hope Mills. The staff there are always ready to help and clearly know what they are doing, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. As customers, most people expect clear communication, basic product knowledge, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience fell short, and I hope management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to others.
