  I was traveling from New Jersey to drop my son off at MU when my check engine light came on. I stopped at this AutoZone, and Logahn was incredibly helpful. He quickly identified that my battery was dying and assisted with the replacement. What stood out most was his professionalism and kindness. I offered him a tip, but he politely refused. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee like Logahn. His dedication to helping customers deserves recognition. Thank you, Logahn, for the excellent service!

  Logan, Cassandra and Lee were extremely helpful when I stopped into this AutoZone. They take their warranties seriously, and they know their craft. Shop with them and you won’t be disappointed.

  Came and got what I needed but I'm leaving this in regards on the manager/lady "Robin" who seems to be in the wrong position clearly working with people is not her strong suit -- after overhearing her customer interaction I can collectively say I'm happy I did not get any help from her let alone a "hello" when I entered the store but I have it in my mind that I will not be returning to this location. She may just get a slap on the wrist or a "talking" too but her entitled cockiness and attitude leaves people with a bad impression of who you let work here and what Autozone likes to make itself about -- she's on her own wavelength and she is without a doubt NOT the face of "Customer Satisfaction." It's laughable and sad. Hope this store gets better management and that the poor person who left leaves a review too. I'd leave ZERO stars but unfortunately you guys have the biggest ZERO already working here. Anyone reading literally ask anyone else for help.

  The folks were not helpful. Didn't look up the correct vehicle. And didn't want to use my account without calling to see if I was authorized to use my own account. The parts were not the correct parts for the vehicle

  My experience was GREAT, a employee named Robyn came from behind the counter and helped me with everything I needed! Looking at her name tag now she is the store manager! She and her employees deserve kudos!
