  I had an excellent experience at the AutoZone on Gillespie Street! Lisa provided outstanding customer service—she was quick, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She gave me solid information about my situation and even connected me with someone who can help fix my airbag issue. The store was clean, well-organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in helping their customers. If you’re in Fayetteville, this is definitely the AutoZone to go to. Ask for Lisa—she will take great care of you!

  We frequent this location often but today’s visit almost made me lose my cool. In my opinion, Jennifer needs to work in an office or warehouse where she doesn’t have to interact with people. First of all, she was told THREE times what year the vehicle is, but we realized as soon as we got home that the parts were incorrect. Ok, no big deal, just an inconvenience. Then, we got back to the store to get the correct parts and, unfortunately, we had to deal with Jennifer again. She tried to act nice but the words she chose and her tone of voice were very demeaning…which was ironic for someone who just made a huge mistake…and seemed to me that she was implying that we may have been doing some shady business or something by trying to exchange the wrong parts that she gave us! I told her directly that I felt she was being difficult and then excused myself to walk outside before the situation escalated unnecessarily. On the other hand, we have dealt with Sorella MANY times and she is an absolute peach! She is always pleasant, has the warmest smile. and is very knowledgeable! If I had it my way, I wouldn’t deal with anyone but Sorella! Overall, we’ve not had any issues with this location but I can assure that I will go to another location before I deal with Jennifer again!

  Ms. Lisa went above and beyond to help me today! I was quoted $700 for things like fluids and spark plugs and air filter replacements. Decided to do the plugs and filters myself. Ms. Lisa tracked the parts down for me and I was able to pay at her location but pick up the parts at the location closer to home. She also helped me pick the spark plugs, too. I'd come back to this location for the chance of having Ms. Lisa help me again. Thank you!!
