  Very professional and thorough service! The staff was excellent and the repair on the AC was done quickly. Not only did they find and repair the problem but did a complimentary inspection on the rest of my son’s car. They found two tires that were in dangerous condition. He did the tire replacement at a different shop but we were happy to know that my son is now driving a safe vehicle.

  Long story, my vehicle broke down in Fayetteville. I’m not familiar with the area so I got on Google and started looking. This one popped up with great reviews. I called and spoke with Mitch about what happened and if I could have it towed there for diagnostics. She was the nicest person Iv spoke to on the phone in a very long time. She explained the way things would work once they had my vehicle. They found the issue (water pump bearing) within 24-48 hours and sent me an email reflecting that and other issues they found. I had to wait a few days for a part but once that was in they got my vehicle back to me. Now I’ll say the price was high but most places we now days. They did a great job, I waited almost a month to post this to make sure everything was 100% good to go. My car is running fantastic and I truly appreciate the fantastic customer service. Mitch you are awesome!

  Great business! Definitely recommend them. They have a really great system to inform you of what’s going on with your vehicle. They will definitely discuss options based on budget and seem to have fair prices. 5 star local shop!

  I went to All Okay for the first time recently and I'll definitely be back. I was able to book an appointment just a couple days out and the service was completed by the end of the same day. The lobby was very nice and clean and the customer service was excellent. I had my transmission fluid service completed and they also did a courtesy inspection. The courtesy inspection was comprehensive and gave me an idea of a couple things to keep a watch on, without aggressively pushing extra services. After my experience I trust this shop and will be recommending it to my friends and family and anyone who asks! I also got quotes for a couple services I will be needing and they were comparable to the quotes I got from a big chain.
