- JBjohn blaineJul 2, 20265.0Had to get a battery today and the staff were very helpful wish I could remember the ladies name think she was a manager but my battery was a little difficult to remove because it was very hot and putting of noxious gas odor but that didn't stop her took a little bit but they got it out and they were so very nice. I would definitely recommend doing business there. And I mean that battery was hot. So much as to it burnt me upon touching it to remove it but like I said the three of staff were on point in helping out. Shout out to y'all. You know who you are.

They told me that I have to get the transaction number from the store on Ramsey Street, even though my phone number and information is linked to the purchase order in the system. Ramsey street stated that’s a lie and all they had to do was put my phone number in the system. My battery was dropped off to Santa Fe store YESTERDAY around 1 pm. They said they were going to test the battery to see if it had malfunctions because I’ve only had it for one year. They’ve had the battery to my car for two days talking about they’re charging it! FOR TWO DAYS! I have a warranty just give me a new battery! Tomorrow will be day three! I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again! Do not recommend! Go to Riley’s or auto zone!

I went out to my car and in my bag was a small packet of armor All wipes. I assumed that they were complimentary because I did not buy them. However when I checked my receipt it turns out that there were cheaper ones in stock he just chose not to sell them to me. I will not be going back to that location.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
