Darryl, thank you for you patience and assisting me with the coolant on my first visit today. Also assisting me again when I learned the valve had to be replaced. You not only ordered my part, and you found the very part I needed in a different location for a much cheaper price. I had already left the store. Crystal from a different location called and informed me. I’ve never received customer service that reached out after I left. Crystal and Darryl my sisters were with me, and they both were impressed with the service I received. They both said they’re going to shop at Advance Auto Parts for their cars. The best part is that my part is being shipped overnight at no cost to me. Thanks Advance Auto Parts you made my day.

I would definitely recommend doing business there. And I mean that battery was hot. So much as to it burnt me upon touching it to remove it but like I said the three of staff were on point in helping out. Shout out to y'all. You know who you are.

They told me that I have to get the transaction number from the store on Ramsey Street, even though my phone number and information is linked to the purchase order in the system. Ramsey street stated that’s a lie and all they had to do was put my phone number in the system. My battery was dropped off to Santa Fe store YESTERDAY around 1 pm. They said they were going to test the battery to see if it had malfunctions because I’ve only had it for one year. They’ve had the battery to my car for two days talking about they’re charging it! FOR TWO DAYS! I have a warranty just give me a new battery! Tomorrow will be day three! I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again! Do not recommend! Go to Riley’s or auto zone!
