  Friendly staff and were very prompt with my vehicle, which I really appreciate. They are also knowledgeable and I appreciated being called about quotes and if needing another service what the cost would be. Finding a good mechanic shop as a woman can be hard but I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place and I can personally now say they’re worth a try for all your vehicle needs!

  Great customer service. Had an irreparable cut in sidewall of tire. Wilson Tire Pros acquired, mounted, and balanced the tire while I waited, and my vehicle was back on the road in less than an hour. Very much appreciate your service and professionalism.

  Another great experience at Wilson Tire in Elon. I had 2 vehicles that needed a variety of services - oil change, A/C service, clunking noise (they diagnosed and repaired the same day), tire rotations - all done on both vehicles in a 24 hour period. The staff is friendly and professional and the prices are fair. Thank you!

  Took my car there 4 different times for same thing. They patch worked it, never fixed the problem and now I have a blown motor. Everything done was on the motor and they refuse to take accountability for what they did and didn't do. I use to trust them, not any longer and would not recommend them to anyone that I know.
