  Excellent customer service we picked up a nail in our tire on Mother’s Day walked in at 4:20 and they patched our tire without hesitation or funny looks I hated to even ask them to do it on a Sunday and so close to closing time but they didn’t mind at all thank you to all the employees I have 9 vehicles and 4 equipment trailers this will be my go to place for tires now , being friendly and good customer service pays off

  I want to send a thanks and review out for Mavis Tire in Elkin today! Because of the nail in my tire; I went to have it patched. They are the ONLY place in Elkin open til Monday at 7:30am! Not only did they patch the tire, they didn’t charge for patching it! Thank you again!

  I’ve had two great experiences at Mavis Tire, and both times Mikey and Malachi went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to get me in last minute, which I really appreciated, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Both of them were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. It’s not easy to find a place that’s both reliable and welcoming, but this team truly delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!

  Friendly people, terrible mechanics. Took my truck here for 4 tires, an alignment and to have a clunking noise checked out. They looked further at the truck and I was told the struts were bad, rear brake pads were worn and also recommended a carbon clean I was fine with everything and they replaced them. Took them 5 hours to complete but that's not the problem, the problem is the struts weren't the problem and still have s clunking noise, pretty sure the "carbon cleaning" was bs and my alignment is still bad and not fixed. Saved the headache and took the truck somewhere and got it done right!

  I bought a set of tires for a great price here and then scheduled for them to be installed on my wife's car. There was a bit of a scheduling issue as I had booked the appointment for early in the morning but my wife was told that it would take several hours after she showed up for the install to be completed. My wife did not have all day to wait for the install as she had other appointments that she had to go to in the early afternoon. The service manager was able to get the tires installed and mounted in a more timely fashion to assist my wife with getting to her other appointments on time. The scheduling issue has been handled promptly and professionally!
