  They got me in and out very quickly for my full synthetic oil change. No appointment needed. They have coupons available on their website. They just opened less than a month ago. Chazz, Adam, and Jaime were all great to work with. I will be returning.

  I took my car to have the air conditioner serviced. The waiting area was cool and clean! The technician treated me with complete respect and was fully honest about my compressor issues. He didn't try to force a sale or repair. He didn't talk down to me or treat me different. He wanted to make sure I knew in detail. I will definitely visit this facility in the future when needed. Thank you to the staff for the help!

  Great service! So glad this spot opened in Elkin. We received top notch service, step by step explanation of what was being done from genuinely respectful and friendly technicians. This service was also $40 less than we paid for our last oil change. Savings and service = Ideal.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Express Oil Change in Elkin! Everyone there was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. I especially want to thank Adam, who knew exactly what I needed and made sure everything was taken care of. He was knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent service while making the whole experience quick and stress-free. It’s so nice to go somewhere and feel like the employees genuinely care about helping their customers. I truly appreciate Adam and the entire team for going above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle serviced! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Very helpful and professional . I had a pressing issue with vehicle and Travis and Corey in particular went well beyond good customer service. I was most impressed with professionalism, ability to address the problem and willingness to help at reasonable price. It was easy to see that they truly cared about helping me fix the issue vs scaring me into upsell situation . I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.
